Seven years ago I attended a Bradford Tax Institute seminar at our real estate association. Previously had done my own taxes but when income started rising, I new that I needed help with deductions. Georgia was one of their recommended agents and I have been using her ever since. What prompts my current review, is that today I sat in another Bradford Tax Institute seminar regarding the tax changes that went into effect last year. Felt that I was very knowledgeable and knew most of the deductions due to working with Georgia. Georgia is sharp and her prices seem very fair - have been very happy

Georgia has been helping prepare our small business and individual tax returns for years. She's nice, very sharp, and gets the job done well at a reasonable rate. I think her middle name is "loophole." I really enjoy her company and when she's saving me money I cannot help but leave with a smile.
On a sour note, we met recently and she ran the numbers for 2016 and our taxable income would have been $18K more because state and local taxes are no longer exemptions... and mortgage interest is capped at $10K. We would have owed over $2K more under the new plan. The new GOP tax

I usually do my own taxes as they have been simple....until last year. I contacted Georgia in a bit of a panicked state from having received a notice to pay more for that year than I had calculated (turns out I made a mistake). Georgia was able to sort everything out and made the very confusing statements and information much clearer but the truly amazing thing was her deep patience and warm guidance with me, an agitated new customer. Georgia seemed great at first but was non-transparent with her pricing, charged me triple what we had discussed, and then raised her voice and became confrontational when I simply noted the change asked to go over the bill. I literally had to back away slowly out of her office. After mulling it over I just paid the bill instead of fighting with her, but I definitely felt bullied and ripped off. Other than this as far as I know, she optimized my return.

Receiving a letter from the IRS is very stressful, but I am so glad Georgia of Proactive Tax Solutions was referred to us. Every time I met with Georgia she put my mind at ease and advised me how to organize my documents for the audit. She is straight forward and very competent in dealing with an audit situation. In May of 2012 I got an evelope from the IRS, I thought it was my refund check, it was actually and invitation to come in for an "informational interview". I had to read it three times to realize I was being audited! I hired Georgia of "Proactive Tax Solutions" to represent me. After two months I got a second letter, I only owed $400. Georgia said "don't pay it, we will get it down to zero", and that is exactly what she did.
