We LOVE traveling to Cottage Grove to stay at the village Green. Especially at Christmas. I was heartbroken to learn they are closing at end of the month. They have been purchased by developers and condos are going up! They hope to keep RV park and maybe a few rooms. Garden is going away. I understand yet it makes me sad.

We stayed here last night because all the other area RV parks were full because of college graduation. No internet, or cable, only 30 Amp, no bathroom or showers, really old picnic tables and tight spots. Unlevel sites. Had to ask neighbor to move his truck so we could leave. They also want your RV to be no older than 2000. Only one overflowing trash can. The motel that runs this campsite used to be a very nice place but now it needs paint and a new roof, the gardens that made it famous are weedy and rundown. I would go miles out of my way so I'd never have to stay here again!

Last night our family began a new and extra special annual tradition. Half a million lights, holiday vendors, live music and Santa brought this simple and comfortable hotel to a grand level. Sipping hot chocolate while walking paths surrounded by sparkling lit scenes made for a great evening. Adding to our fun was a very good dinner in the hotel's comfortable restaurant. Our rooms were simple, clean, and close to the on-site event. The free continental breakfast was also terrific. The make yourself waffles are terrific. We had a great stay. We will plan on making this an annual event for our

We stayed here 6 months. This rv park is not maintained, not watched over at all. The drifters roam through all day and all night. We had several cases of robbery. We never felt safe! There are no restrooms/showers. The laundry is in the "resort" i would never stay here nor recommend it. Very rough and unkept. The *gardens* are not what is advertised. Especially since it rains a lot... the paths are sloppy muddy messes! Prepare to bathe your dog before returning to your RV.

We stayed here in the RV park, sadly for only one day. We loved the friendly greeting, the quiet RV area with full hook-ups, the gorgeous garden...perfect for a calming walk after a long hectic drive in traffic. (We never made it back in time to enjoy the hot tub, our wander in the garden was such fun.) The excellent wifi connection also made us happy after a couple of frustrating nights without. We will be back...and hope to stay in one of the rooms as well sometime. Friends who have stayed overnight in the hotel portion during trips south loved their stay and recommended we stop here. We are
