This place normally gets great reviews, which is why we chose to splurge and pay a premium price to stay here for two weekend days, but I was extremely disappointed by this hotel. I honestly was looking forward to staying here more than anywhere else on our roadtrip. However, the quality of the service and room that I received was nowhere near what was expected for the price I paid.
First of all, there were ants everywhere in our room. They were all in the bathtub and on the left side of the bed closest to the bathroom. We would later find out that they were all over the hot tub as well. The receptionist

So very Grateful for the Staff here at Moonstone Landing. Thank you Ana and Ana for going above and beyond. The Ocean Front second floor rooms with balcony was exactly what I was looking for. The hotel was a dream the room was very clean the bed was comfortable the room had a wonderful ocean view. Although the shower would pour over with just about anything I found the floor getting wet the water ran outside of the bathroom 🤷 also I wished the doors had child safety locks my toddler open the door and gave us a scare. The fire place is beyond beautiful it warms up your room quick❤️
