Mike did a great job and after he finished we were very confident in our purchase. He was very thorough and available for any questions he did not rush anything. He also told us he was always available for any questions we may have at a. More later date. He gave us advice on future issues that may need attention.

Very good inspection, had no problem me being with him through the entire inspection, loaned me a flashlight and ladder to also look at anything I wanted to. As I am a contractor myself I know there is no way to inspect and see everything but they did what I wanted. Well worth the money for peace of mind to have someone look and see what I missed. Very professional and friendly would definitely use again!!

This company was a pleasure to work with. Their office staff was extremely helpful when I needed to reschedule and the gentleman that came to do the inspection was friendly and knowledgeable. Should I ever need another inspection I will be giving them a call!

After a month of living in our home, we had a heavy rain come through and there were many water spots on the interior of our home.
