I wanted a 4 Point Inspection and a Wind Litigation Report for insurance quotes. Peter made this experience pain free. He returned my call promptly, we agreed on a price (competitive to the other quotes I received), set an appointment within a timely date and time. Then he arrived ON TIME! Peter was polite, courteous and explained what he needed and what part of the inspections he was doing.

I had no idea how much or if I would receive any type of a discount from my insurance company. I sent in the paperwork he provides me with after the inspection to my insurance company USAA.
I was a first time home buyer and was very unsure about the inspection process. I had Pete check out my now home and complete a 4 point, wind mitigation, and termite inspection. Pete was very meticulous and thorough in his work. He let me follow him through the house and he explained his process. He was able to provide reports next day and called to make sure I wasn't left with any unanswered questions.

I had the Inspection Medic check my home recently. He completed a 4 point inspection and a wind mitigation inspection. He was very professional and polite. They gave me a discount on my homeowners policy of $1,200 OMG. Very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him if you want to save some money on your homeowners insurance.

Pete, the owner, did our inspection on our new home and was very thorough to make sure he didn’t miss anything! He completed a full inspection as well as wind mitigation which helped us save money on our insurance. His prices are very fair and he is a very trustworthy family man.
