We were trying to set up a home inspection for a new home purchase during a holiday week with a 10 day window to accomplish everything. InterCoastal Inspections worked to set a date within our time frame, completed an incredibly thorough inspection and completed the inspection report well within our deadline. In addition, our inspector Chris made some really helpful suggestions to consider outside of what was required. Great experience.

The home I intended to purchase was premium priced and appeared to be well built and well cared for. Great experience!! Even though we did not receive the inspection results we had hoped for, our experience with Chris was everything that could be expected and then some.
