We are coming up on two years since moving to the Crescent, and we couldn't be happier. The services and amenities are excellent, and the staff go above in beyond. For example, when COVID restricted the ability to have resident events, they brought in food trucks. There's also often treats for various holidays, such as a recent boozy hot chocolate bar, and James' fresh baked cookies are a regular treat (and there are doggy treats in the lobby for furry residents)! I appreciate that they've been very conscious of COVID restrictions, including limiting the number of people using the gym and common

I leased a corporate apartment from this facility for three months and had the best experience! Hannah and Leslie with local management, plus Derek and Doreen from the corporate office, were fabulous to work with, always professional & timely. The building is in a wonderful location in Fells Point, well-maintained and has great amenities. I highly recommend the facility.

James, Hannah, and Leslie as well as the rest of the team are personable, helpful, and contribute greatly to making the place feel like home. The views and location are spectacular, as well.

Have lived here for the past 2 years. You can’t beat the location. Right next to the harbor allowing for wonderful strolls along the water toward Fells or toward Canton in the opposite direction. Astonishingly quiet for its proximity to the plentiful bars and restaurants in Fells Point (at the end of a long cobblestone side street with no thru-traffic). The rental rates are reasonable and generally gets you greater square footage than in comparable buildings in the area. This is a very family- and dog-friendly building. I moved to the Crescent from Harbor East and have absolutely loved the experience! It’s in the heart of Fells but tucked away so it’s quiet. The views are breathtaking, and it’s awesome to be a hop, skip, and a jump from the heart of Fells Point. The management at Crescent is awesome. Everyone-especially Hannah- are friendly, accommodating, and helpful. That plus a concierge staff led by James make it a very pleasant living experience. Highly recommend for city living with ease of mind!

As a foreigner here in Baltimore, I can confidently say that "The Crescent at Fells Point" is a great place to live. The Crescent is safe, friendly, clean, have a good environment, good view, and pet-friendly as well. And also, the staff are awesome and attentive to help.

Being one of the longest tenants ( 11 years )here at the Crescent at Fells Point, I have enjoy living here as if offers everything I need including it location - could t ask for more coming from the west coast to the east coast.
I would also like to call out James who manages the front desk area. James is always a great and awesome resource and always there to provide assistance. Over these 11 years here, I have seen many front desk people come and go, without question, James is the best and a great representative for the Crescent at Fells Point. We love the Crescent! The apartments are beautifully designed, spacious, and highly functional. The amenities, especially the fitness center and outdoor common spaces, are also a fantastic value add. The leasing office couldn't be more professional and friendly, and have gone way above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were satisfied including several special requests. They really care about providing great service to their residents and have made moving in from across the country pain-free. It almost feels like we live in a hotel! I really can't say enough good things about this apartment
