Wish they would have some senior discounts or a payment plans for people on fixed incomes....prices are high but great vets!

We’ve been taking our dogs here since 2013 and have had mostly good service. We recently adopted a new puppy and they scheduled our initial appointment 60 days out due to being overloaded. Ok. In the meantime she has developed a really bad case of worms which needs immediate treatment. We called them this morning and in addition to poorly trained staff who couldn’t find our appointment in their system we were told to wait another week and a half and there was nothing they could do. Well guys.there’s something we can do, we’re finding a new vet. See ya.

I am extremely impressed by the professionalism and prompt attention that I have received from both the doctors and staff at Manlius Veterinary Hospital. My cat, Pumpkin, was recently diagnosed with diabetes. Being new to the process I was nervous about administering the shots. Fortunately for me,Brittany instructed us and I now feel confidant that I can do this! Doctor Rodriquez was very generous with her time and attention, informing me of just what to expect. I have been bringing my dogs to Manlius Animal Hospital for 18 years and they are awesome. The Vets are professional, caring, and take their time to ensure we are comfortable and informed. The receptionists, and vet techs are professional and very sweet. My first visit with the Vet went really well - she explained in detail everything she was doing and helped procure the necessary items for my pet. So glad for the recommendation.

I have two experiences with this veterinary hospital (both times during covid). The first time I went to treat a cut that my dog had on his face and I spent over 160 dollars for a tiny tube of medicine that not only didn't work to treat the cut but gave my dog a rash(I went to another vet and they prescribed a 70 dollar tube of medicine that started working within a few days ). However the people there were incredibly kind and professional. The second time was over the phone when my dog swallowed some chocolate. I called them and they spent at least 15 minutes struggling to find my dog's profile

My family will forever be grateful to the wonderful people at Manlius Vet Hospital. For 20 years they have taken great care of our pets. During covid they are limited in the number of people that can come into the building. We have had a great experience over the years - our dogs are old and have a host of auto-immune diseases, and yet they thrive under the watchful eyes of the vets here. We love that the folks who work here continuously educate themselves and are open to a variety of approaches. And they are just so nice too!

This place up-charges wherever possible. We routinely board our pets here and and they look for every reason to drum up extra charges for our pets. Definitely puts profits over customer and animal well being. Staff is often argumentative and rude.

Dr. Rodriguez and Dr. Goetz are the best veterinarians in CNY! They have gone above and beyond caring for my and my family's dogs. They even helped diagnose and treat my puppy's rare condition when no one else would. They truly care about the wellbeing of you and your pet. I would recommend them to anyone!

I brought my cat to the Manlius Veterinary Hospital for an adjustment with Dr Rodriguez. She is a wonderful animal chiropractor and vet. All staff members are nice, kind and considerate. I am very pleased with the experience every time I go.

I've been taking my pets to MVH for 34 years. The faces have changed, but the warm, caring atmosphere has not. I can't say enough about Dr Goetz and Dr Rodriguez. What wonderful vets. I wouldn't ever take my beloved pets anywhere else.

Go Somewhere Else!!! I was a dedicated and faithful customer of this veterinary practice for years for both my dogs. I will never go to this practice ever again. Their business practices are immoral and care more about making money off of their customers than in the welfare of their customers animals. I had a problem with illegal, fraudulent charges on my bank account, and then a close family member passed away, and they refused to work with me when my dog is very sick and even refused a prescription for me to get my dog's medications from someplace else. All they care about is money. They
