They never disappoint. Dr. B, Dr. Cook and the rest of the staff are wonderful. I have never had a bad experience, always accommodating, very friendly service, excellent care of all my fur babies, and response to emergencies are outstanding. They always take the time to answer all my questions without feeling rushed, even on phone calls. Very highly recommended.

I had a very sick kitten. They got me in right away. Doctor Carter was amazing along with the vet techs and all the staff. Not Only did they take excellent care but they remember all the history and who we were on our follow up visit. Dr Carter called several times to check on the kittens status as well as the other cat I brought in. Thankfully we are confident that they will all make a healthy recovery. I am so grateful to Chittenango animal hospital.

We had to get our cat looked at for a cough she was having. She is as much a part of our family as we are. To be fair, I believe all of the Veterinary Hospitals are overbooked and trying their best to accommodate everyone that needs to be seen. Dr. Carter was very good with our cat. We were very happy to get her in when we did, and the price was extremely reasonable. It only reinforces the fact that they are compassionate about their work. The service/staff were very rude! We waited over months to get our puppy into this vet so we ended up having to get him to get shots at Vetco (because they were due! And couldn’t wait any longer! ). We did want to Establish care here still so that if our puppy ever needed, he had a vet. I tried to explain/reschedule the date for him but because it wasn’t 48hours they wanted to keep my deposit and charge me ANOTHER deposit when: 1. He needed the shots and he couldn’t wait, 2. We waited over a month to even get in, 3. We gave 24 hour notice, 4. The appointment would have been pointless for

Chittenango animal hospital is hands down the best vet I have ever been to. If and when I move away, I will still venture all the way to them! Everyone is so kind and caring about your animal. They were as happy as me when my dog (moose) finally tested negative for heartworms. I can’t thank the vets enough for all they do, I love each one of them! Almost everyone on duty Saturday morning took the time to come out (was in vehicle) and introduce themselves. Of course they adore Peanut, but it was refreshing for Peanut's Dad (me) to receive such a warm welcome. Dr. Carter, Taylor, Joyce, and every staff member I had the pleasure of interacting with was wonderful. From booking me the same day for a follow up from the emergency vet the previous evening to Dr. Carter kindly calling me midday to check on my dog, Victoria and assess whether we needed an appt earlier in the day to the appt itself. Taylor and… Joyce were so compassionate right from walking in. Taylor remembered me from a visit a year ago. She listens very well and truly cares.There was no wait and I was actually brought in early for our appt. Dr. Carter explained everything thoroughly

They have been my vets for over ten years. I have always received excellent care for my pets (cats & dogs). Recently my dog was diagnosed with diabetes. Dr. Schreiber has been very patient with me as I learned to care for him. She always explains everything and answers all my questions. Recently Dr. Carter has taken care of Sami in her absence. He has been excellent in his care.
