All of our properties are non-smoking and pets are taken on a case-by-case basis. In accordance to Maryland law, all security deposit are placed in an Escrow savings account. It was a pleasurable rental experience with Advanced Rent, Inc/Advanced Property Mgmt! From beginning to end. I would highly recommend this company. Personable, timely, communicative, easy processes... Timely responses to all maintenance work! Each company they deal with was the same in being personable, timely, communicative, and did work we were pleased with. I did not have a good experience. There was a whole lot of back and forth, missing application, etc. I should have followed my instincts when the property advertised had no pictures of the interior. I wish they were transparent from the start.

No, I do not believe your company was transparent, it was a lot of back and forth and I had to reach out several times, then being told my application was missing and I had to fill and submit another, only to be told you selected another person, etc. So many inconsistencies. This was my own experience, another person may have a better experience

Well I can’t really speak to wether or not this company manages property well or not because we didn’t even make it past the inquiry/interview stage. I am not very impressed with their ethics to say the least. I simply submitted a request for addition information through their website and the email I received stated that their “company does not accept pre-1978 properties due to lead paint concerns.” Even though multiple properties listed on their website for rent were built well before 1978. I was not asked for any additional information about my property or it’s “lead paint status”

I own 3 properties in Maryland that Lauren has managed for me for the last 5 years.....I could not be more pleased. She has done a great job with every aspect of property management. Since turning the properties over to Lauren and Advanced Property Management, I no longer have to worry about finding tenants, coordinating repairs or collecting rents. Lauren has assembled a great group of contractors who perform repairs at a reasonable cost in a timely fashion. Owning properties from a different state can be difficult and stressful....but Lauren makes it work.

Advanced Property Management is fabulous! We have rented a home through them for 5 years. The company is very professional. Our manager, Lauren, is quick to respond to phone calls and emails and great to work with. They have made renting a home so nice and easy! I would recommend this company to anyone.

I lived at a property managed by Mark Ford @ Advanced Property Management for a little over 3 years and have nothing but great things to say. The team was very responsive to any issues that ever happened. The AC system in the property failed and had a full new system installed and running within 3 days.
