I was nervous about investing in legal assistance but was later very pleased that I had done so. In my (very complicated) OPM case, the process ran about 675 days and required much more expertise than I was able to bring to the table alone. When Eric Pines took my case, he told me that he has experience and knows what to do. His law firm is a " Federal Employment ", however throughout my experience with him, he has no idea at all about Federal Law. I initially signed up for Pines Legal Services at the end of March. I'm still working with them for my federal disability case. The whole process has been a bit long but smooth.
