I had a case since 2018 and finally was closed December 2021. This law firm switched my lawyers on me 2 times. Miscommunication was the biggest issue. I would go months without hearing anything from anyone assigned to my case. Almost a whole year at a time sometimes. To the point where I thought that it was not even open anymore. I was SO lucky to in the end have Pete Perez-Navejar as my lawyer. He made the MOST progress on my case and kept me updated accordingly with any updates. He was the BIGGEST HELP and super nice. He is probably the only reason I'd use this law firm again!

The law firm has a revolving door to attorneys. I've had 4 different attorneys assigned ruined my case to where I could not get medical treatment and due to their negligence was told that since I didn't receive treatment they were settling.
The first attorney said the policy only has 30k for medical bills and you cant get more than that treatment--the last attorney said you had up to 100k of medical treatment why didn't you go to the doctors???????
First of all I was told that their contract was better than Ramji law firm by 4% since the maximum they charge is 36% when in actually Daspit charges

DON"T USE THIS LAW FIRM... So, the original attorneys had stated that they had a better contract than Ramji Law Firm and they had a maximum of 36% while Ramji was 40 %...DASPIT LAW actually charges 48% --YES almost 50% of the contract and 30% goes to the medical providers leaving you with 20%....
there is a reason they have 3 floors on 440 Louisiana St --YOU ARE PAYING FOR IT.

If they would allow not giving a star I wouldn't give them not even a half. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, I have been waiting on a settlement since December of 2018 3 years of waiting and no response from the lawyer that I used to have, and when I say that, I mean I've had so many lawyers switched that I have forgotten the name of who has been my lawyer over time. If you decide to do business with these people please read more reviews from this place and see how horrible they treat their customers. Bad for business NO GOOD!!

Well it's been more than a year since my wife and I were in our accident. Both have had surgery by the Doctor that they recommended. To this day I have not heard a word from the attorney assigned our case. I have called him a few times to ask questions and he claims that the guy who hit us is not responding. Who cares. Go after his insurance company. He said they would just file on mine. WTH? Go aft rear his first then get money from mine if it don't pay the bills. I shouldn't have to call to check on my case he should keep me informed. I called one time to complain about the service

If you are injured and in need of help , do not rely on these crooks and Mr. John Daspit to help. They don't care about you , no one , but themselves! (Especially Mr.Daspit. I was in a violent car accident, hit from behind, 27 months ago. I have withstood 7 surgical procedures requiring general anesthesia and recovery and 3 additional out-patient procedures. I have permanent damage and no longer able to work. I have left countless emails, texts and voice messages attempting to obtain a status of my case and have never once heard back from my Attorney or anyone else. I can not in good conscience recomend this firm as my experience has been unresponsive, unprofessional and unavailable to me as a client and a customer.

This is absolutely the worst law firms I have ever dealt with. I was involved in a car accident on 2/28/2020. I contacted daspit due to a personal injury and was informed that they will take the case. I lost track of how many lawyers I had along the line. There was Joseph, Jeremy, joshua etc. Their communication is horrible. They refused to give me an update and when I called them and left my attorney a message, they don't call back. We finally settled the case on 4/29/2021 for $45000. My then attorney Jeremy, told me that they would work on the reductions and send me my settlement. I waited

Nice website after that total BS. Left their Dallas office thinking we would go in one direction but weeks later finding out a new direction was undertaken without consultation or notice. I had to call them to hear anything. Each call for information was greeted with a combination of ignorance and or arrogance or straight up lies. Three 1st year attorneys in seven months, each one having no idea what my case was about. This firm was not respected, as the defendant's attorney stop responding to requests for depositions and communications in general The third attorney let it slip a settlement

This firm is garbage!! They stole from me and Nicole Ana dimes my entire case. I went through 6 attorneys Handel if my case because there is no consistency with it's staff. They pocketed over 3/4 of what was awarded to me and used non communicated actions as additional % for increased portions of the settlement. When I finally settled and picked up the check; the attorney had alcohol on his breath which was additionally UNPROFESSIONAL! I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone.
