Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Agosto, Aziz & Stogner is one of the longest standing personal injury law firms in Texas. The Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Agosto, Aziz & Stogner Law Firm is located along Houston's Buffalo Bayou at 800 Commerce Street, in the historic Abraham Watkins Building. The building originally consisted of two separate structures built at different times. The smaller of the two, the Siewerssen Building, was built in 1894 and served as a meat storage facility and market.
Three young attorneys, Frank Abraham, John Hill and W. James Kronzer Jr., founded the firm in 1951 as Hill, Kronzer & Abraham. Later, the firm became Hill, Brown, Kronzer & Abraham with the addition of J. Curtiss Brown who later became chief justice of the Fourteenth Court of Appeals. In the early days of the firm, the lawyers practiced out of Frank Abraham's small West Alabama Street apartment.
We have been litigating cases in the courts of Texas and throughout the United States for many years and can put our knowledge and experience to work for you and your clients. When my sister was injured from being thrown from a golf cart our family was devastated. A combination of factors contributed to her injury all of which were caused by third parties. Imrana Manzanares, an RN/attorney, offered to review a med mal case for me. I'm a retired legal assistant. The case involved a little 4 year old boy. She did not order or review his medical records. She did nothing more than know an inside doctor did not perform a procedure on him. She then went to another inside doctor to ask about the… procedure, that and talk to their inside legal department. NO ONE outside was ever contacted or asked to independently review ANYTHING. I have been doing this since 1993. How one evaluates a med mal case without medical records or an outside doctor is beyond
