Rick was very knowledgeable and professional. We had a previous home inspection that we were not satisfied with and wished we would have found Rick first. It would’ve saved us the trouble of finding a second inspector. A+ customer service. He went as far as to take his time to walk me through the inspection report and answered all of my concerns.

Rick Cauthon did a very complete inspection of the home I was considering buying. He checked out all the systems in detail, including the roof and the exterior of the chimney. For most of the 3 hours that he was working, I followed him around and he would point out/explain things that had issues (whether they were serious/immediate or less-serious/long term). He also took photos and wrote up a complete and clear inspection report. He said to contact him later with questions or for contractor suggestions, which I did. He answered the questions and suggested contractors. My only quibble is that the

Rick was seriously one of the most thorough, knowledgeable, ethical and responsive professionals we have ever worked with.
