I was pleasantly surprised and relieved that I didn’t have a major plumbing problem. Especially after the plumber I used took my money and left me without a working toilet. Ryan took the time to check our other toilet and the sewer. He was prompt, professional and I would highly recommend that you use this veteran run company.

Contacting Ryan at first and getting set up with a home inspection was incredibly easy. He was able to schedule, inspect and deliver a report within a week of going under contract. Ryan is incredibly professional and courteous in communication. His inspection was extremely thorough and very detailed. Every comment was well explained and he included numerous pictures to document every point of his inspection. Every comment and inspection point came with a recommended fix along with a clear picture. He was available to answer our questions afterwards and promptly delivered the 40 page inspection

The guy did my home inspection and found a lot of obvious issues and some lesser issues that could be fixed easily. He stayed all day, fixed all the small issues and a couple of big ones too. Even helped me clean my garage and brought a trailer and hauled it away for me. He was extremely nice and easy to work with and best of all quality work. I would highly recommend him as he’s a home inspector and conveniently also a contractor that has the ability to fix the issues he flagged in the inspection if you wish to do so.

Ryan is an amazing handyman! I've had him fix 2 small repairs on my house. He was punctual and his work was excellent! My screen door now closes and my garage door springs and cables are now brand new and are so quiet. He even beat the quote I got from another licensed contractor! While working in the rain!
