A whole-home inspection is most often ordered by those in the process of buying a home to insure any structural issues are disclosed before the close of a real estate sale. Our whole-home inspection provides a visual inspection of the structural elements and mechanical systems of the home which are easily accessible.
If you are a seller looking to sell your home, we can help you with a pre-listing home inspection. This will allow you to get ahead of issues a buyer might find and it will reduce the likelihood that the deal will fall through. Sellers who make repairs or have a clean home inspection are able to ask for more money.
While our traditional home inspection services offer an detailed overview of a residence, our specialty inspections take the assessment a step further. Our specialty inspections target specific systems and areas of concern with the latest technology available. These allow us to detect issues that are often not visible to the naked eye and that can cause major long-term damage.
Radon is an invisible and odorless radioactive, cancer-causing gas that occurs naturally from decaying uranium underneath the earth's surface. Though you cannot see, smell, or taste radon, the gas rises through the soil and seeps through cracks, holes, and drain pipes in the foundation or basements of buildings.
Termites and other wood-damaging bugs such as carpenter ants and carpenter bees, can cause major damage to a home. Termites tend to swarm in the late spring through the fall will find any tiny opening in the home to enter and start building their colony. They only need a space 1/32 inches wide to enter, so even the smallest crack can be an issue.

Kevin was extremely knowledgeable, conversational, and persistent to get to the bottom of potential issues. He took the time to show me where and how to fix things, addressed my concerns, and provided a very detailed report. Everything was left the way it was found and I could not have asked for a better experience!

Crown Home Inspections were prompt and professional. Kevin was highly thorough throughout the process, noting important areas for our family to consider prior to finalizing our purchase. Moving from overseas, we had to reacquaint ourselves with the U.S. Home Inspection process. Kevin allotted the extra time to walk us though all the details. The Crown Team and Kevin, also made themselves available for follow up questions post inspection. In all we felt Crown caught important, but minor areas that may have been overlooked by other companies. Thanks to Crown, these were able to be negotiated, covered

Love Crown inspections! They do a very thorough job and are always willing to walk around and show you exactly what they’re talking about in the report if you have questions, and are great at explaining how things work and exactly what needs to be corrected. They also take a TON of pictures with their notes in case you need to review something later. Wonderful!

Excellent service! Zach did a very thorough job of inspecting the home and gave us a very thorough report, both verbally and in writing. Excellent demeanor and super polite! When the inspection was finished, he went over a summary of items to think about having repaired and also put us at ease that the house, in general, was in excellent shape with very few things that should be addressed. Like replacing some caulking around the vinyl windows (which I know how to do myself!) I felt completely comfortable with everything he looked at and his overall assessment!
