How to be best prepared for your Wind Mitigation Inspection services, being prepared for your inspection may save you hundreds. Please read carefully. Make sure you have a roof permit or a paid invoice of your new roof (detailing installation features such as nailing and a self adhering membrane also known as peel and stick or SWR).
The home inspector's duty is to act as an objective third party and provide accurate, pertinent information about the home so that his client, usually a buyer, can have a clear picture from which to make informed decisions. He should not try to influence the client against a property, but neither should he soft-peddle or minimize serious problems in an effort to "keep the deal together."

He told me my roof was good for another 8 years.
And then my insurance company dropped me after closing saying I need it replaced immediately.
When I contacted Mr Kim to all he could tell me was that's what insurance companies are doing lately sorry for your problems here's the number for my insurance agent.

A Handy Home Inspection was very fast at getting my inspection scheduled. They were able to get out within 3 days of calling and the inspectors were very knowledgeable and professional. They communicated very well about everything they were doing and they were very thorough with their report which I received back very quickly. Since my inspection they’ve stayed in communication and have been helpful with scheduling all my utilities and checking in with me to make sure I closed on my new home. Buyer for our home hired them after there realtor referred. I watch as they did their "inspection" and listened while they charged the buyer extra costs for services they had not preformed or
Knowledge. After they left I went into the attic to see what could take 45 min to see all the AC duct work crushed and insulation torn up everywhere. I inspected further and found my
Ceiling drywall pushed down from these inadequate crooks. The owner hid from coming in and did nothing to resolve the damages they caused. Realtors who use them are uneducated and looking

Just purchased a vacation home in Cape Coral and used handy home inspector for the home inspection based on my realtors recommendation. This was by far the most detailed and professional report I’ve got so far from a home inspection.
I’ve bought and sold homes in Ohio and Canada, but this company really impressed me.
The best part was that after the report, I had a decent amount of questions about how to go about fixing some of these issues they discovered and both Fish and Dave spent plenty of time on the phone with me answering everything patiently. Highly recommend!

Fish was the inspector on site and he was professional, thorough, and friendly. He did a great job and was very patient in providing answers to all of my questions.
Also, my report was completed and sent to my realtor the same day!
