Born in Korea to a German mother and American father, he moved to the U.S. at a young age and grew up bi-lingual in English and German.

Pascal was great to work with. It was extremely valuable to have Pascal supporting us through a complicated process like the k-1 visa during a pandemic. Pascal is the best immigration lawyer in Colorado. We had couple different encounters several years apart from each other for different cases and he gave best advice both times. He is down to earth, doesn’t push you to start your case with him unlike a lot of other lawyers out there. We had a consult with Catherine Chan for the same case. She came to a paid consult completely unprepared, spent most of the time getting to know the case and for the last 20 minutes pushed us to pay her to do our case.
