A 2 Z Home Inspections Inc has been in business since 1989, and has performed over 10,000 home inspections with a strict focus on quality and customer service. Steve Nagel President and senior inspector is currently President of the Oregon Real Estate Inspectors Association (OREIA) which is the largest professional trade association in Oregon for the Home Inspection industry.
We also perform house maintenance inspections for property managers, landlords, and tenant check up inspections for property owners. Additionally we can do an inspection of work you recently had done by a contractor and you are not sure they did what they were supposed to, have us look at BEFORE you pay them, can save you headaches later (really!)
Do not let a glossy / fancy flyer or marketing piece be your only guide for choosing a home inspector. Make sure you make the phone call to the home inspector, and talk to the actual inspector that is going to come out and inspect your house. Ask / check and obtain their contractors board (CCB) and Oregon Certified Home Inspector (OCHI) license numbers.

I was extremely grateful that I hired A 2 Z inspections. I was given a home inspection report from my realtor on a home that I was buying from a previous inspector's report. I didn't see anything that was of great concern, so I was about to purchase the home. My wife suggested we get our own inspection for the home, and I am so glad we did.
