Our goal is to take the mystery out of the home inspection process. Each client is important to us, and we want you to feel as informed and confident as possible when making your purchase decision. When inspecting a new home, we will inspect as above, look at proper installation of components, and also review for major cosmetic items, such as all cupboards, to ensure all are in good condition and properly installed.
A sewer technician actually sends a camera down the sewer line from your home to the main line, which is maintained by the city. The homeowner is usually responsible for the line from the home to the main. This may vary, depending on the city. So, there's a two in three chance that your sewer line is fine.
With thermal imaging, we are able to literally 'see through walls.' Okay, we can't actually see through walls, but using our state of the art FLIR E8 camera, we can see very small changes in temperature, which allows us to note missing insulation, detect leaks, proper air flow, and a variety of other uses.
