The Preserve

Excellent Management! So friendly and readily available. The maintenance service is always so incredibly quick and efficient. Never waited more than a day or two to have something fixed and 99% of the time it’s done same day. Could not appreciate them more! You can for sure tell that the staff is proud of what they do, and they have every right to be.

I moved to The Preserve at Columbus Park in 2013. During my living experience there, everything was always taken care of to a high standard. The staff was always attentive and proactive when it came to maintaining a safe, clean, and respectable place of living. When I experienced any problems that required maintenance, the staff would handle it within a reasonable time and thoroughly fix the situation. Amazing place to live!
Now a little back story. I got orders to Benning and needed to find a place fast and I called them and they had a 1BR w/ garage available in less than a week. I moved in within that time with no issues. Fast forward 8 months and my longtime girlfriend had moved in with me after living in together in TX. I asked about transferring into a 2BR and they did everything they could about updating me on when one was available. Only two months later we were moved in! Such a great management team! They have helped out so much and the office staff is super friendly!

My wife and I have not lived here long but we absolutely love the Preserve! We moved here from Portland Oregon and are used to living in turn key brand new apartments and the Preserve is honestly great. The staff always answers the phone which is not the norm when you try and call different apartment complexes around Columbus and Phenix City. They were very helpful and accommodating with applying for our apartment, providing all of the documentation needed for move in, and with the entire move in process.
The layout of the apartments is great as is the design of them.

The Preserve at Columbus Park is truly a place to call home. Both Management and Maintenance Teams are friendly, professional, and assist you in any way they can. The Preserve is a gated community that is quiet, well maintained, and a place that you will look forward to coming home to at the end of your day. I have absolutely loved living here! The staff is amazing and remember me every time I stop by. The place is quite, safe, and feels like a community. The trail is perfect for my husband and I whenever we want to enjoy some fresh air. The apartment is tucked back so you have some privacy from the main road which we like. Also the sunset view is incredible!

Taylor and Brittney, in the office are fantastic. My husband is there working, and I live in South Carolina. He became very ill and needed help. I was not able to get there to help him in time. They helped me coordinate some help and were able to take care of things, that needed to be done to help him out. How wonderful of them. They didn’t have to do any of it, but they never questioned anything I ask them to do! These two women are exemplary examples of what kind human beings we all should be like. Thank you so much girls, I will never forget you.

The Preserve is "The Best" apartment complex to reside in, in Columbus! I am beginning my 5th year here and I love it. The Management is professional and friendly. Lisa and her staff care about the residents and are always very helpful. Their maintenance is superb. Any request I've made has always been handled quickly and perfectly! The Preserve at Columbus Park was exactly what my husband and I needed in an apartment complex in Columbus, Ga. The location is close to two major shopping areas—Columbus Park and Bradley Park—and it’s about a 20 minute drive to main post. Tucked away and gated in Exit 10, it was a safe place for our family for 2 years while we lived down here. Lisa and staff were excellent—they were extremely accommodating. The maintenance crew was quick to respond to any issue we had—all minor—and they maintained an amazing dog park/walkway for a huge community of dog lovers within the complex. The
