This is the nastiest place I’ve ever lived in, and I lived in some pretty shady places as a broke college kid. We constantly had roaches, the bedroom had ants, the cabinets looked like a dog ate half of them. They sent ‘maintenance’ people into our apartment almost weekly whether we were there or not. Definitely not worth $750+ a month. I didn’t expect the nicest place, but I expected better than that.

Well rent is pretty decent. The maintenance guys Jeff, and Noah are awesome with their, and the ladies at the front desk are amazing. Every time I have walked in Miss Carmen has been super helpful and always professional. However security could be updated to the parking lot anyone could come in to the parking lot and the window in my vehicle was smashed and my truck broke into. Maybe even adding cameras could help as well, but as far as the staff and units they are both great.

I want to say I love my place! The Staff, maintenance and even my neighbors are wonderful! Ms Carmen and Alise both went above and beyond to help me! I’m home! The apt are spacious, clean! I’m so thankful I moved! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for, a nice, clean and friendly, peaceful place to live!!

I have to say I have loved living here at post ridge!! Carmen and Alyse are always so nice and courteous and the maintenance guys Jeff and Noah have addressed any issues I’ve came across quickly and take the time to explain the situation. Grounds are kept clean, couldn’t ask for a better community. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!! :))))

I tried last summer to inquire about an apartment. Nobody would respond to my inquiries and could never get an answer on the phone.
Fast forward to 2021... still nobody answers inquiries or the phone. I even had a property manager from another Thayer property contact Post Ridge and nobody has gotten back to her either.
