Go somewhere else. This apartment isn't so bad, but it's in the middle of the hood and crime is HIGH in the area. Cars are constantly getting broken into, shots are fired often and there's always stolen vehicles in the parking lot. Parts of it are Section 8, so you're getting what you pay for. The walls are paper thin all around, I'm pretty sure maintenance just gave up doing anything inside the apartments, I've never seen the pool open, the dog park gate is always broken and the trash areas are always a mess. Cars are always blaring 'music' and sirens are always going off due to the crime and

Very overpriced. The rooms are nice I will give them that. Better not get your hopes up on timely maintenance calls because they will take all the time they want to answer any complaint you have, but they are so quick to charge you that $75 late rent fees, even if they were the ones who didn't process the money in time. If you try to pay your rent online they charge you a $26 "convenience fee".
There are no security cameras anywhere, neighbor had his car broken into and there's nothing he can do about it.
Very not worth it.

I must say it was a little hard at first, I did my application they told me I was accepted, and all hell broke loose. All I can say is that Satan tried to keep me out of one of the finest apartments in Columbus. My children all live out of state, and they were worried about my safety but not anymore. I moved in September of this year and since then I have never felt so safe, and they keep it so clean. The maintenance staff are helpful and friendly. The office known you by name, they smile and speak to you by name, I am so happy here. The staff here takes care of their seniors and the disabled.

So far I have been here two months and I love my apartment and the community. I love how close you are to everything and the woman in the office are very friendly. Sometimes you have to wait a long time which only bothers me because I have no patience.
You also have to pay your rent online it's like an automatic withdrawal from your account which is very convienet once you get the hang of it.

My mom has been living in Ashley Station since 2009 and she loves it. The first two years were a little rough around there because they were renting to any ol riff raff they could find to fill the apartments. But once they became more selective of their renters things began to improve. Now they have nurses, soldiers, and other professionals living there. My mom hasn't had any issues with her neighbors, bugs, cleanliness, break-ins, etc. I feel good about her living there and she feels safe as well. They're always fixing and cleaning up the outside and very good at maintaining the inside of those

I love the people in the office they are all very sweet! I wouldn't recommend that anyone live here. The area is unsafe!! Our car has been broken into and everytime we go outside we have to worry about someone begging us for money. Not to mention our apartment has had a sewage smell since before we moved in and the only thing they suggested was to spray fabulouso on the air vent! Not worth the money in my opinion.
