Management is so great!! Savannah has gone above and beyond for us every single time we have any sort of minor issue - even making sure we have parking in the covered area when it’s raining. She has honestly made our experience with Swift Mill the best we’ve had as a frequent military moving couple. We love living here and the property is so beautifully well maintained with just the right touch of rustic modern. Such a great option for upscale loft living in Columbus!! Five stars for Savannah the property manager!!

Reading other reviews from 1-3 years ago leaves me confused. Haven’t dealt with any of the issues they speak of. One can hear footfalls but I mean...it’s annoying only for people that are easily annoyed.
I moved in right after New Years and I’ve yet to run my heater. I don’t know why but it keeps temperature nicely. My power bill has been 80 and 30 dollars the past two months, respectively.
Management is super responsive and helpful.
A new maintenance technician was hired recently in response to the last one not quite meeting expectations. So they’ve corrected the only knock I could

Great experience from the beginning. I moved in September 2020 for a 6 month lease. Because of Covid, one of my clinical rotations got switched to Columbus with only two week's notice. Savannah Schuster (Manager) was an absolute dream. She was so helpful and kind and very easy to get a hold of. Pricing was reasonable. In December, the company was bought out by TriBridge. With that, there was a roof repair project they wanted to get a handle on since the building was so old. I say this as a preface: nowhere you live will go perfectly or smoothly. I think what makes a renting experience so great

Excellent facility. These apartments are stylish and comfortable. Great aesthetic. The gym is pretty good and has everything you need if you don't want to go elsewhere. Awesome location, too - right across the street from Chattabrewchee (some of the best beer I've had) and close enough to downtown Columbus to get there quickly and easily but not to be stuck in the thick of it. The management is great - very helpful and easy to work with. Maintenance requests are usually carried out within the day. I would live here again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I are going on 2 years here and LOVE it. Our apartment is spacious with exposed brick and brand new appliances. There is always parking and the building security makes me feel very safe.Management always responds and attends to maintenance requests in a timely manner. It is so convenient being literally one mile from downtown Columbus but not having to deal with all the traffic. The gym and dog park areas are never crowded and the property itself is very clean and well maintained. Overall such a unique and great place to live, highly recommend!!
