When the last manager and maintenance was here, it was extremely hard to get anything done. I was always furious and couldn’t wait to move out. Now, with Taylor and Jasmine in the office, they take matters seriously, always professional about everything I have to come them about and gets it fixed ASAP. The new maintenance is incredible!!! I am thankful they have arrived just in time for me to sign a new lease! Please take the old reviews into consideration that those people are not working here anymore and the new staff is really here for us residents!!! Before March, I would never have recommended

Jasmine and Taylor have made a difference at this property. With siding replacements, to painting the outside, to new tubs and plumbing lines? They are definitely making this place turn around. It is so quiet around here and with the curteousy officer it feels so much safer at night. Please don’t listen to the bad comments from years or months ago bc the ladies in the office and the maintenance team have gone above and beyond!!

Management is really lovely every time i check for mail or have rent issues! they’ve been understanding and accommodating. the apartment complex has seen vast renovations so everything looks even better than when i moved in around a year and a half ago.

I was recently going through a divorce, and needed a place to move in asap. I linked up with the manager, taylor and she immediately began to assist me with the move in process. The lease agreement and payments were all handled online at my convenience. With Taylor as the manager at woodside, i have no doubt in my mind that this will be a very pleasant stay. I would recommend anyone to come check out this pleasant experience.

I had some plumbing problem over the weekend. I have to brag about the maintenance staff who took great care of me. They made sure I had a kitchen for the weekend. They had to work.late on Friday and came back on Saturday to finish up. kudos to David and Danny!! Thanks a lot I really appreciate you guys.

My Niece lives here and she loves it, I have noticed many changes to this apartment complex, I am thinking it must have a new manager because we have noticed some of the apartments that were loud / troubled are no longer living here, and they have many upgrades to the facility. Like new plumbing, and new paint on the entry of the apartments/breezeways. That is a bonus on its own. My niece had to call for maintenance and it was on a Sunday - they were right there on the spot! that is never the case where I am now, I will be filling out an application once my contract is up - where I live now and

Absolutely love living here. The new management has been doing upgrades including balconies and siding as long with replacing the old clay sewage lines that keep collapsing. Maintenance team even with being new has always came and took care of any problem I have had since living here. If your looking for a good property with a good maintenance and management team Woodside is the place to call home.
