The maintance is rude and disrespctful, Becky is rude and the property is trashy, the gate is always broken trash is stacked up in piles i was recently without power for a week and my bedroom just flooded. All my things were ruined and no one seems to care all they care about is getting the rent. Please if you have other options use them DO NOT RENT HERE

Man, I remember when I was like 11 years old living here and I would get off the bus from school and there would be chocolate chip cookies fresh out the oven for us on most days. If there wasn’t, there was always cookie dough in the freezer haha. Loved growing up here

There is little care for the apartments. There have been multiple instants of flooding from the floor above, and no effort was made to take care of mold. This is supposed to be a smoke-free apartment, but it isn't, and they don't even try to stop people from smoking in their apartments. The maintenance staff is terrible; they're slow, inefficient, and in some cases they don't even do the job despite multiple requests. Don't expect any help from maintenance. The bathroom and kitchen have areas painted over that should have been cleaned, so there is crud and mold under layers of paint.

If you apply here make sure you have a check for background check, admin fee and deposit. I applied here and was denied due to something that I did not know was on my report. I did receive my deposit back as it was a separate check. It has been almost a month and I am STILL waiting on my admin fee to be returned. They have said twice now that i would get it in 5 business days. Well that was a lie. I am kinda glad I will not be living there if they management cannot tell the truth. I will continue to call every day til I get my refund or corporate calls me back. And if I had the choice I would not

Had mixed feelings about this place till Erica turned that around. Does an excellent job and answers any question without hesitation. Five stars to her for making me feel good about my new home.

I really appreciate the staff for being so responsive to my needs when I lived here! I have moved away for my job, but I would definitely recommend these apartments. They were so nice and helpful! They made my first apartment experience very memorable. :)

Stoneleigh on May is a great place to live. During our four years there, we always felt safe and comfortable. The management team is very friendly and professional. Maintenance was quick to resolve issues when orders were placed. The community is small and quiet. We very rarely heard neighbors. The amenities are nice as well. Great place for young couples and families as well as professionals needing quick access to the highway to commute.

For starters, my first impression of Stoneleigh on May were positive. Christina and Robert were very helpful and friendly when scheduling/viewing the apartments. But that first impression changed. Our apartment was not ready for our move-in date and they didn't care to tell us until after we had already signed everything. Their excuse was that their maintenance man quit that morning and didn't finish the work in our apartment. Eventually, we compromised with them to let us move in, but they would finish the maintenance work, which they agreed. Within that week, we had to call 3 separate

I moved to Stoneleigh in September of 2017. I haven't had any real issues since living here. Any issues I have had have been taken care of. Chezney the assistant manager is great. They have changed property managers since I have moved in. I believe they changed Fall of 2018. It was a great change for the property. They have been changing a lot of processes and other things for the better. They have updated the package pick-up. They now email you when you have a package which is really nice. They send emails keeping up to date about any process changes or particular updates. They have updated

In my experience, the management staff is unprofessional and condescending. They do not take ownership of issues around the property and with your apartment. I have been told by employees that the apartments are old and there is nothing they could do about it. The AC broke several times, we had issues with our tub, the maintenance would leave messes behind, and there are things from our move in sheet that never were addressed. The management is super nice until you get the keys! Stay away!!!

Lazy management staffs..playing card games or gossiping..never take your maintenance issues seriously and don't pass your work order to the maintenance guys to save money.. broken main entrance for last 6 months, dirty laundry...out of order or missing equipment in gym and the swimming pool was closed this whole summer..All thanks to the horrible office staffs who act they know it all...Always trying to squeeze money, specially when you are moving out....

I lived here in 2011-2012. I moved by myself from California for a job and with a short amount of time, I had to find a safe and nice place to live in.

During my first week of living here, my electricity had shut off because of some miscommunication with OGE. I didn't have any candles, flashlights or anything, and to be without electricity during the crazy Oklahoma weather was scary. Luckily, the leasing office was still open and Amy was there to give me some comfort. She provided me with some candles that I could use for the night. Still, I was freaked out about being alone with no electricity

These are nice apartment complexes but, pricey. I don't know if its worth the price you pay. This is my first apartment and I signed a renewal on my lease but, after this lease agreement is up. I'm out of here. The manager Amy isn't friendly. Snobby. The guy who takes care of the payments, his name is Ken he is a sweet guy but, I think it's time to retire. He is very confusing via email. That's why I give this complex 3 stars. Great location though. :-\
