I've been here 11 years and been through 15 managers as of this month. We have had NO maintenance staff in 6 weeks. I've been promised working windows for 7 months. Nope! My neighbors have severe plumbing problems, ceiling leaks that requires a bucket when it rains. They raise the rent every year even tho I've had no interior upgrades. Currently we have a leasing agent who has no clue about being a property manager. I'd move of I could afford to, Like yesterday! They keep the main courtyard and pool maintained for potential renters. BEWARE!

Terrible departments apart from the fact that the office and manager ignore I just went and there was a super badly educated girl, nor did she say hello when you arrived, she just ignored me as I was and I asked when the manager was there and she told me that they did not have an attitude Very rude, since I moved here I have had problems with the neighbors since from the first night I slept here they did not stop making noise and fighting abruptly from 12am to 3am I went and gave my complaint to the office they only said they would do something And they never did until today I am having a problem

I lived at these apartments for 3 1/2 years. The carpet was not in great condition when I moved in and the conditions of the carpet was listed on the move in report. However, when I moved out, I never heard anything back from this property until I was looking for another apartment. I didn't find out I owned anything until a year later. They charged me $1000 for the replacement of the carpet and they stated they did it because they didn't have THEIR copy of the move in report to know the condition of the apartment prior to me being there. They flat out to advantage of me, I tried several times to

This place is horrible. They have roaches that won't go away even after spraying. I have to keep checking on my cabinets that just fall apart. It's like they just threw the kitchen together. The place is NOT insulated properly and people can hear and smell everything your doing in your apartment, whether it's through the windows, the doors, or walls. The manager may seem nice but shes rude, they act like they want to work with u but they only care about getting your money and trying to evict you. Yes the price maybe good but don't let it fool you. I would totally NOT RECOMMEND these Apartments

If you are thinking about moving here I would please save yourself trouble and look else. I believe we have 5 managers in the 7 months I've lived here and all have had different stories every time you go for answers and remedies. Trashy property while they demand rent via notes and mailings while no fixing to the many work orders put in. Looking forward to my lease ending.

This is what i just wrote yesterday. I ;live here for 6 months and in the 6 months i put in 13 work order( not cause i wanted to because things were not fixed when i moved in and was promised to be done and the last month i was there i got what i put in to be fixed in Nov done in april. Now ive been gone for two months and can not get my deposit back . I'vew called starting this monday for answers it is now friday and i have spoken tow three different mgers becuase the same one is never there to get the same thing...NO ANSWER.. NO ONE KNOWS
