I moved to OKC and didn’t have much family or friends and The Edge at Midtown welcomed me with open arms! They host events monthly and make me feel welcomed each time I go in the office. They’ve reached out to me during the holidays and Hailey from the front office has been amazing! I couldn’t thank the Edge family enough for their amazing service.

TBH this place doesn't even deserve 1 star. They will do their best to BLEED YOU DRY OF MONEY and once they've done that they'll keep wringing out the towel for more. In addition to that lovely aspect, the building is NOT safe - the parking garage was broken for almost a year - resulting in numerous bikes stolen, and even a homeless man found sleeping in the hallway outside of my front door. To be realistic, all of that would be semi-tolerable if the amenities were functioning - but they are not. The pool is constantly broken, roof pool is broken, hot tub goes between working and not, the grills

Let me list the problems:
1. Loud partying in courtyard pool all hours of the night.
2. No reliable on-sight security
3. Roof top pool closed for 6 months plus
4. Security door to garage not working for 6 months plus.
5. Animal urine in hallways and elevators
6. Vagrants bathing late at night in pool and sleeping in hallways due to no security and easy access into complex.
7. Drug dealing routinely in main courtyard.
8. Undisclosed fees.
8. Ineffective management.
Renter beware!

Been living here for a while now and finally decided to review. I love most of the things about this place, the pool, the free coffee/tea, the beautiful scenery, the grills, the hot tub, etc.
However, the worst part about this place (and why I'm rating it 1 star) is because I'm currently paying for all those things while more than 50% of the people you'll see using this place DO NOT ACTUALLY LIVE HERE! If I were to do it again, I would probably just rent a cheaper place nearby and then come and use this place for free like everyone else. It's crowded on the weekends making

The Edge Apartments in Midtown OKC is a great place to live! It has all the amenities of luxury living (pools, exercise rooms, appliances, view, etc). The apartments are beautifully appointed, and the complex is well maintained. It is within walking distance of restaurants, bars and shops. If you want to go further, you can hop on the streetcar to downtown, Bricktown, Scissortail Park, Automobile Alley, and the Library and Civic Center. The management is great! They are responsive to resident concerns, and try to resolve issues promptly. Hailey has gone out of her way to accommodate special requests

So far my stay here has been great. The apartment feels super nice and safe. Everything here seems to be made very well. Also the maintenance team has been very helpful with my somewhat new transition here. If I had to think of a complaint, the gym is kind of small and doesn't have the most heavy equipment but it is better than nothing. If everything stays how it is now, my lease here should go very well.

It really pains me to write this review, but I’ve reached my limit. During one of the most trying times of this winter storm, the community received no concrete updates when there was a loss of heat and hot water in our apartments. One man’s apartment was 46 degrees for several days. I’ve called a few times just for a timeline on the fix and never had my calls retuned. I definitely do not feel valued as a resident.
It’s really sad. We loved living here at first, but now there are many aspects that are so frustrating.
Other downsides: the pool gets flooded with non-residents during the

Much like the most recent reviewer; I am dismayed by how pathetic the level of communication has been here at the Edge recently. It’s always been iffy, but especially bad recently. We are on day eight of zero hot water with hardly any update from property management. I’ve sent several emails and texts and made phone calls and the only response I’ve received is that I’m welcome to go shower in a community gym shower at another property. Thanks, but I’ll pass on a public shower during a pandemic. My previous apartment paid for anyone who wanted to stay in a hotel when some of us lost power

Rent is slightly pricy for OKC, but the amenities make it worth it. Apartments are on the smaller side but very modern and clean. Few residents take advantage of the rooftop with an amazing view of downtown, grills, gym, clubhouse (with free Starbucks coffee), or pool—often feels likes a private getaway. With 250 units, the building is quite large and confusing at first to navigate. It’s super close to all the bars and restaurants of midtown and not of a far walk from downtown or automobile alley, etc. I also love being able to go for runs in the adjacent, historic neighborhood of heritage

As my first go at apartment-style living, I can honestly say that I'm more than happy at the Edge. I've been able to make my little apartment into a wonderful home. The location is superb, the roof top dog park makes dog lovers like me very happy, and the various outdoor community spaces provide a great incentive to get outside! The amenities are top notch and definitely worth a look!

So far we have had a great experience! The staff has always been extremely friendly, available and willing to help. Our moving in process was a breeze and the past 6 months have been great. Everything is kept very clean through out the building. The maintenance is quick to respond to any need- including non emergency type calls. We rarely hear a ton of noise. The work out room is a huge added bonus and most of the time the machines are available! The pools are great during the summer time! Parking has never been a problem and we have two cars and only one reserved spot! It is just a good place
