Beautiful community and supportive staff- Hauie has been a tremendous help to us right from the moment we started looking for apartment till we moved in and got a couple of things fixed in the apartment. Location wise, the apartments are centrally located (specially for Indian folks) and close to almost everything you'd need for a day to day usage.

Currently a resident at vue22; and one of the most unprofessional leasing experiences I have ever dealt with while living at this community. Specifically the unqualified, incapable leasing consultants, & with constant high turnover for lack of customer service. Community manger/ assistant manger often unavailable or delegating requests to consultants who seem to lack the knowledge to provide assistance. Lydia barren is probably the only person that has been a pleasure communicating with Since.

In January the reginal asset manager who I’ve worked with for over a decade contacted me and said she is bringing on a beautiful new property in Bellevue near Microsoft and wanted us to take over the security for the property. We have been providing security services for the property since February and it’s been an amazing property that I am proud to have in our portfolio. The management team has been great to work with. Whenever we identify a door, lock or light that needs to be replaced its seamlessly done in a timely manner. They have always supported my patrol team and I wish I had more

I just moved in to my new apartment at Vue22. I really appreciated Avery who made the move in process so quick and smooth, he helped us a lot in getting our new home. When I requested that the move in date be changed to an earlier date, the office helped make an earlier move in date which was really great! The apartment was cleaned and ready to move in to, despite having a shorter window to clean it. I'm looking forward to having a great stay here at Vue22.

I absolutely love living at Vue22. At my initial tour, I was helped by Mimi and she was/is amazing! Mimi has an awesome energy and is always ready to help, she made the move in process extremely smooth and always made sure to check in after and see that all expectations were met. I love all of the apartment amenities, package security, endless storage in the apartments themselves. The apartments are beautiful and definitely cannot wait for the summer so I can utilize all of the outdoor rooftops and lounges! You won't regret living here :)

I have lived here for a few months now and I have enjoyed living here. There are some ups and downs like the elevator being down more often than it should be but thats fine things happen. I was helped by Mimi when I first toured the place and she was incredibly helpful. She was very helpful in making sure I got the apartment I wanted and made sure to keep in contact to make sure we were on the same page. The staff is very friendly and helps in timely manner. Overall love the community and staff!

Vue22 is an awesome community at Bellevue (crossroads), proximity to retail( Trader Joe's, Walgreen, pet smart, Restaurant and Indian Grocery stores), and Microsoft campus. We truly love our unit that has a great view. The floor plan is well thought out. The kitchen island is quite big compare to nearby apartments.You can expect great customer service from the Vue22 Management and Maintenance team. I would love to shout out and thank Todd, Kim, Anna, Jacob, Bryan, Dunkin, and Groundskeeper ( I forgot his name) for helping us on every occasion. They are always happy to help you with a great smile

Vue22 (earlier called LIV) apartments has been a wonderful experience for my family over the last 3.5 years! We have so many fond memories here right from hosting my baby shower at their amazing lounge deck to my son’s multiple birthday celebrations in their beautiful amenities. The gym is one of a kind, have thoroughly enjoyed the guided fitness classes here during pre COVID times. The events used to be one of the biggest attractions as it was a great initiative to connect with our neighbors some of whom have actually become good friends now. Location is truly amazing and the views during fall
