Meydenbauer Apartments

Before you go ask for pictures of the actual unit. The pictures on their site are not based in reality, at least on the units I visited. It might save you a hour of driving.

We moved in early January 2021. It's an older unit while some others have been completely renovated our side of the building is not. The Staff from the Manager Elizabeth, maintenance man Vladimir and Maint. Mgr Greg, have all been amazing. Honestly, anytime there is an issue they are super proactive and their follow up is on point. We love it here and it's close to walking distance to everything. We have nothing but positive things to say. Yes this is an old building but it is well maintained and the neighbors are all really great.

I enjoy living in this Apartment Building. In the 5 years that I've been residing here, I've never had issues with neighbors being noisy. The building manager is professional, friendly, and efficient.
It's a friendly, safe environment. It's located within walking distance to Bellevue Square Mall, Safeway, Bellevue Downtown Park, and there are many Restaurants to chose from.

We love living here and have done so for the last 3 years. The complex may be older and without some of the amenities to be found in the newer developments but it makes up for that 10 fold. 1. The location is fantastic. On Meydenbauer Bay, 1 block from Old Bellevue's Main St. cafes, restaurants and shops, 2 blocks from Bellevue Park, a 2 minute walk to the marina, 10 min walk to all the amenities of Bellevue central, 5 minute walk to buses, etc. 2. Terrible apartments that are out dated and only replaced with third hand appliances. Elizabeth, the manager, is young and has no idea what she is doing. The building is a mess and is a terrible place to live. If you like living with spiders and non working appliances then apply!

I loved living here! The management and maintenance staff were friendly and exceptionally responsive. They were constantly working to improve the property and it showed.

It was a quiet apartment with a stunning large deck with a view of the park. In good weather, I loved taking my meals out there while enjoying my plants and flowers. In the winter, the apartment got lots of light and helped with the inherent dreariness of winters in the PNW.

Also, my neighbors were all friendly and wonderful! I don't have pets but loved meeting many of the building's dogs and cats.

Nothing irritates me more than having my time wasted. I set up an appointment with a woman from the leasing office on a Monday at 6pm, confirmation and all. Monday at 6pm comes around.....then 6:20 rolls around and no sign of the woman so we left. Needless to say we were stood up. Extremely rude in my mind. I followed up with an email and never heard back from her. Thankfully on our walk home we found a complex we fell in love with. Guess everything happens for a reason!

I want so much to bash the management, but I won't because most likely it's my own control issues. I went out of my way to make sure that I was home for their checks and they never showed up until days after when I wasn't there. Most people probably don't care.

The price used to be amazing, but it has changed to "decent" or "comparable" but the square footage is better than a lot of similar 'studio' or '1 bedroom' buildings around the area. Partly because it is an OLD building, with a Vintage elevator.. There are up-sides like the free

It's an old assisted living building that got converted to apartments. Rent is extraordinarily low for the area. Very close to downtown Bellevue in a very posh neighborhood.
