The staff here are extremely welcoming. Kristina and Wency got me set up in my apartment and I have very happy for the time that I spent here. They make sure to respond to any questions we have, and help in anyway possible. Defiantly recommend if you're wanting to live in downtown Bellevue and a place to call home

It’s a pleasure experience living in Excalibur apartment for more than 8 months. The leasing office manager is really warm heated and gave me a lot of help during my stay. The maintenance staff always response quickly. Environment is neat and clean. The location is super convenience which is close to bank and supermarket in walking distance. I will definitely recommend this apartment to my friend.

Lived here for a year and a half. Great location, with almost everything at a walking distance. The apartments are not very plush (probably since its been quite sometime since it was constructed), but they are definitely spacious and clean. Given their pricing, it's totally worth the money.

Supportive staff, but there has not been sufficient movement on the issue of dog feces and urine in the hallways over the past three months. Maintenance generally cleans by the next day, and they have done so repeatedly, but the cleaning does not completely remove the odor-causing bacteria. Hopefully, senior management can address this concern given that this is now a recurrent health hazard. This is happening consistently in the areas in front of the elevator on P1 and L4. Please address.

I’ve been living here since last year and I’m going to renew my lease for one more year. I really enjoy living here. Neighbors are quiet and I didn’t have any problems with them. The employees in a leasing office are very friendly and helpful, especially Kristina! She was helping me with things during the whole year. I don’t agree with comments below about bad staff, as they’re really great! Also, they let you know prior to the day of your lease ending. They sent me a notice almost 3 month before the end.
I recommend this apartments if you’re looking for a new home :)

I am changing my review from 4 stars to 1 star since I have lived here for 1 year now. The location is good and easy to get to but the building management feel like scam artists. This place has a terrible office staff. They do not tell you when your lease is ending if you need to renew or anything. It does say in the contract that if you do not give written notice within 20 days you cannot vacate and are responsible for the next month. They said they posted my room up for rent but did not do so when i gave written vacate 15 days before the end of the month, and paid for the next as well. They also
