TLDR: Nice place to live, but expect to get it handed to you when they know you won’t be giving them a monthly cheque.
The Good: Building generally well maintained. A heavily damaged door frame to the elevator area was left broken for months.
The Bad: 90% of calls to the office are unanswered, emails are ignored or takes weeks for a response, and Dustin (building manager) never returns calls. Cerasa won a top Greystar property awards. *shurgs*
The Ugly: Penny pinchers. They will increase rents as much as they can when times are good, and when rent plummets during the pandemic, discussing decreases

Great Apartment but not for EV owners
First lets talk about great things about this apartment.
Leasing office in this apartment is fantastic. Erik is always smiling, welcoming, professional and always on task. I have to applaud the management as well for retaining such a good talent.
Building location is great. Easy access to 405 and close to Bellevue square.
Apartment is also maintained cleanly. They give enough heads up before any maintenance etc., As this apartment was built recently, it is almost like new.

I lived there for a while. Leasing staff Erik is really nice. Rob is also very helpful and responsive.
However, I don't recommend this apartment at all.
Hidden move out fees: they're gonna charge you a cleaning fee no matter how well you clean the apartment before moving out (I barely used anything in that apartment and thoroughly cleaned it before I left). This is not mentioned anywhere in the lease.
Their management is messy. Whenever I emailed the leasing office cc cerasamgr, I rarely got any response from them. I never got a call back when leaving a voice mail.

Great property with great management and front office staff. Maintenance team is friendly, professional and efficient. Erik at the front desk is always welcoming and helpful! It's an apartment in downtown so there is obviously noise but that should be expected. The team here also managed COVID relatively well and I felt very safe here. I don't write reviews, but I really have nothing but good things to say about living here.

Stayed here several times while on business trip for half a year. Management is good. Location is perfect. Building itself is not the best quality, especially winter time it's quite cold - and the only heating is electric fans - which dries the air. But it's usual in Seattle. Rolling windows let's some noise in while fully closed. Fans in bathroom works 24/7 - another noise source. Despite of that all is perfect.

We’re there for less than a year. The office staff were never helpful with any issues that we ran into. Office takes a week to get back to you and are super rude when they do both in their emails and phone conversations. The building hallways smell like a crackhouse and the gym is smaller than a home gym.
Save your money and go to a building that will keep you comfortable and show you some respect. Don’t believe the advertisements they have.

Place was kept clean, hallways vacuumed pretty frequently. Maintenance was responsive and would come by same day or next day. The complex is new so nothing really went wrong with the appliances. Neighbors were all good people. Gamesroom is fun, and Erik the leasing agent is a good guy.
Occasionally they will put on fun community events, and Dustin is trying to do these remotely during the lockdown

I have been living here since October, and it is the best community I have ever lived in! The leasing team told me about the steel plates in between the walls, and they were not leading me astray! This building is silent! I'm new to the area, and there is so much around here! My dog loves walking to the Downtown park everyday, I love the plethora of delicious restaurants, and the shopping is impeccable! The staff here has been more than accommodating. Coming from the east coast, It's been a hard transition, and they have made it seamless and comfortable, like family.
