You have to understand this apartment is the cheapest in the area for a reason. It’s a old building that is poorly kept up. I lived there for nearly 4 years and during that time I’ve developed a whole list of complaints ranging from the building not having adequate security resulting in having two bikes and the license plates of my car stolen(3 separate occasions); to the old, thinly walled, wooden structure allowing you to hear every single thing that happens in any apartment in close vicinity. I am a current resident. I lost several packages here, both outgoing and delivered packages. They suspect that the thief is a resident in the building. I reported to the office about the ongoing situation of my disappeared packages but no reply to emails or phone call. They are aware of the package thief problem but it’s been several weeks while no action was taken to catch the thief and compensate for lost packages. The cameras in the mailroom don’t seem to solve the problems at all. Why don’t they just simply have someone at the mail area to receive the packages and distribute them at the

I’ve lived here for past 17 years!!! New Great Management and Maintenance!!! Very kind and professional!!!Those are not the newest apartments but I love it here!!! It’s a home for me!!Its getting expensive to live not only here but everywhere but I hope to continue to stay here because as I said it’s home to me and people are nice!!!

Lived here for 3 months. Generally the location, utilities, and services are very good. But the charges seems unreasonable. I cleaned the unit thoroughly but still $75 carpet clearning fee and $130 general cleaning fee were charged from the deposit. The building entrance key was probably not given to me but is required during move-out.
