I went with this company suggested by Angi’s List, and he had reached out to me promptly. I scheduled an appointment to have our house inspected a few days later. The appointment time came and went. No call, no email, no show. After 30 mins I texted the guy to let him know his services were no longer needed, and he stated he had the flu. Communication would have been nice. Just goes to show this person’s dependability is very poor. Definitely would not recommend!

As a first time home buyer, Todd was very thorough in his explanations and made it easy for me to understand. Furthermore, Todd’s report was delivered promptly and was extremely detailed. If you see a negative review here, throw it out! They are all from people who have never used Todd's services and are people who reacted to a social media post I made. The posting was not about Todd's services, but a man who shared the same name, and I made the terrible assumption that it was Todd.
I know several realtors, mortgage lenders, title company owners, and they all give Todd their highest recommendation. I trust them, and you should trust Todd when it comes to your next home inspection.

I have known Todd for decades! He is a reliable friend and a great person with outstanding integrity.
