We are certified by ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) to meet and exceed requirements in identifing a home or building's condition and safety. Building and safety standards change constantly. Our association with ASHI helps us stay up-to-date and we take continued education courses every year.
New Construction Buyers - YES, even new construction homes can have defects. Find those defects so the builder can address them prior to moving in. The builders do a walk through with you but those are only addressing items that the purchasers notice. Get an expert to check it thoroughly. Sellers - have your home pre-inspected before putting it on the market to identify potential issues and increase the chance of a successful sale.
Radon is a gas that you cannot smell, taste or see. Radon forms naturally when uranium, radium and thorium break down in rocks, soil and groundwater. A 100-day limited mechanical and structural warranty that covers you for 100 days from the time of inspection or 22 days from closing, whichever is the longest. There is $0 deductible on this coverage.

All inspections are visual inspections and do not include areas unaccessible such as inside finished walls. Our reports are available within hours of a completed inspection. They are comprehensive, clearly detailed and contain many pictures showing the results of the inspection.
