Alex provided an excellent assessment of the property and it's condition in clear and understandable terms. He included pictures of defects discovered and explained his level of concern for each finding. He answered questions and helped you navigate his report that was clear, factual and well organized.
Overall good experience with him and this company on two occasions now. We would recommend Alex and Home Buyers Protection for quality home inspections.

Very pleased with this company. We heard about them as we searched for our new home, and were impressed with the level of detail and knowledge-base that they appeared to have.
Thankfully the new home we are buying didn't have too many issues, but you could just tell the inspector really knew his stuff and that you were in good hands. Once the inspection was complete the inspector walked us through without rushing, allowing us to take our time on any specific detail. Then we paid on the spot and were emailed a copy of the inspection right away.

Completed my home inspection prior to purchase. Very thorough and professional. The inspector (Alex) explained everything in great detail and what I should do focus on for repairs. He also gave tips for "while you're renovating" items to fix small issues. I left feeling good about my purchase and what needed done to keep my home healthy. I've already recommended him to a coworker buying a house.

Alex was very thorough, personable and professional. We have had him perform two inspections for us now. I would recommend him to anyone who asks. He saved us a substantial amount of money with the first inspection he performed for us. If we should ever need a property inspector again we would not even think about using someone other than Alex. He is top notch. After the inspection he walked around the property with us and answered all of our questions and gave suggestions for how to fix issues. I have nothing but exceedingly positive things to say about Alex.
