I have been at this complex for a little over 2 years now and have always felt safe. It’s quiet and the office and maintenance staff are both amazing! New management, Kim, just took over and she has been quick to get some much needed things done! The trees are being trimmed so more light is coming into our bottom floor apartment and she just got us recycling mins! Finally!! Casino road may seem sketchy but these apartments are far from.

I really appreciate being heard and not dismissed as I was with former management.
Greensview sports an amazing and tranquil view of the golf course. I believe that anyone considering tenancy here will be pleasantly surprised, and pleased to call it home.

I can't give enough positive feedback. I loved living there. The staff was fantastic. Always so responsive and pleasant. My apartment was wonderful. I loved the peace, my view of the golf course, the ducks, the birds, etc, etc.... The only reason I moved was because I had to move to eastern Washington.

This is a great place to live! I was looking for an apartment close to work that had minimal foot traffic through it amongst other things. The golf course covers one side and a condominium covers the other. Great amenities including a gym with free weights and machines, a pool that is cleaned daily, and a hot tub and steam room. Kimberly and Tammy in the office due a great job of making sure maintenance calls are answered timely, are always there to help, and always have a warm smile to greet you with. Sergio and Miki are top notch when it comes to maintenance repairs, they keep the parking lots

Moving to a new place we looked at many apartments but we choose this one. We loved the fact that the living room and bedroom
facing golf course creating lots of privacy. Also the location of the Greensview is very convenient. The staff at this place is fantastic! They are all polite and responsible. Definitely would recommend these apartments to anyone.

I moved into the Greensview apartments as my first apartment home and at first I loved the staff and thought it was perfect. After doing the walk through check list I began to see a lot of flaws. There was a huge burn in the carpet, the bathroom appliances were bent and broken, the door nobs desperately needed to be replaced and our fireplace leaked water so bad it soaked our living room carpet. But we still made the place home. Sadly due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to break our lease. I am 47 years old and have lived many places before moving here. I was new to the area and didn't know anyone. I just got work at Boeing and was driving 3-4 hours a day. Had applied for other apartments and the rent was high and deposit was high with a dog. I stopped by to talk to these guys and WOW I was so impressed. They bent over backwards to help me.

My wife and I moved to WA and were looking for some affordable housing. We rented an apartment at Greensview for almost 2 years. We never had any negative experiences whatsoever with either our neighbors or the management. Our carpet was replaced immediately after we moved in when we noticed we couldn't get it clean. All of the windows,siding and exterior decks were replaced while we lived there. Any maintenance issues we had were handled promptly and efficiently.
