The office staff was very helpful and patient with me while I took multiple times and office visits to get all of the correct paperwork. Response times to email has been very good.

Wish i could leave zero stars
The office is extremely unprofessional & rude. They do not take their maintenance requests seriously they do not take care of the apartments or outside of the buildings.

I've lived here for over a year and love it! The staff, from the maintenance crew to the ladies in the office are professional, kind and go above and beyond to help with everything and are prompt at replying, usually within one business day when I have to leave a message. Yes there are the typical apartment living noises i.e. neighbors, children playing, ice cream trucks in the summer but if you have any issues at all you just need to call the office and they will take care of it immediately. Security is really good and in the entire time I've been here I've not had one package stolen even after

DON'T COME HERE!!!
They treat their maintenance people like private investigator and have them watch who is coming in and out of your house. They write down the time and day ever time they see who ever it maybe that the office believes is not supposed to be here. They even take pictures! This place completely violates your rights to privacy and non discrimination. Not to mention the trash compactor stays surrounded by garbage.

We tried for weeks to get verified and applied, to be told no because we barely went over the income. The staff are horrible at answering the phones and make empty promises. If your assets are above 5000 they will look at your bank statements and cause you hell. Would not recommend to anyone.

This is low income housing. You have to make
less than $40,000 a year before taxes to live here. They said their rates were determined by the federal government. It's not fare because if your paycheck is taxed and with that you make less than $40,000 a year, you'd qualify.

I am so relieved and excited! I know this is technically low income, but you'd never know it unless you asked. Our new apartment is lovely, warm, and inviting. The staff is what really has me excited about living here. We lost our daughter 2 weeks before moving in. All the staff in the office have been so kind and understanding. They really did their part to help us get all the paperwork in order to move in. We feel so blessed for this opportunity. From the very first phone call, just getting information, to handeling our family's loss, to getting our keys, this has been a wonderful experience

I have thoroughly enjoyed living here. The buildings and grounds are well maintained. The office staff are professional, pleasant and extremely helpful. I absolutely love my apartment and how quiet it is here. I wish that I found this place five years ago!
