Can I seriously give them 10 Stars? Brian did such an AMAZING JOB and found things that would cost a lot of money to fix later on. Including a hole in one of the air ducts. Basically we were cooling off and heating our crawl space. I'm so thankful for his thoroughness and professionalism. I would HIGHLY recommend him to everyone! Thank you so much!

I used this company in late 2020 to buy a house in Boise. Brian was our inspector and I have to say he is by far the best home inspector I have ever had. His attention to detail and the product he gives you is far far better than what I was expecting. I have had a handful of other home inspections completed by different companies over the years and no one even comes close to Brian. He was available to talk when we had questions. He competed the inspection within days of us contacting him. He took more photos of the house than I have taken in the last few years. He noticed things I never would have

Brian is amazing. I was in process of buying a house with a very difficult seller. The home was just on the edge of the city, which meant it was on propane. He showed up on time and began his inspection. That's when we figured out that the propane tank was empty. The seller had let the tank run dry. Brian volunteered to come back after it was filled to finish the rest of the inspection. We then rescheduled. Brian sent me a very thorough exam on what we were able to complete, and I mean thorough. He has amazing attention to detail. When the day finally came to have the tank filled the propane guy

Brian is top notch! He's on time, very patient and answers every question you might have before, during and after the inspection. His reports are easy to read and understand. He takes a bunch of photos so YOU don't have to get in that crawlspace and see for yourself! He has done 2 inspections for me personally and dozens for my clients. Brian was the best home inspector I have ever used. The report he gave my wife and I was so easy to read, understand and had a ton of pictures!
