Super happy with Jason's attention to detail and honesty in inspecting 2 different homes for me! The first didn't work out for me...but he called me after each inspection and was willing to explain the "major" things that may need attention. He answered every question, was very patient and kind in describing things that I didn't fully understand. When I asked, he gave his professional opinion, and when I asked for his personal opinion he gave me that too; which I really appreciate. I'd highly recommend him and will use him again in a few years when it's time to sell and upgrade.

We had to get a last minute inspection when our home deal went through faster than we thought. We were so pleased when Guardian Home Inspection was able to schedule us for the next day. And the best part, other than the fair price, was being able to go through the inspection with Travis and see everything with him. He took the time to go over every aspect of our new home, and even give us tips and pointers for what to keep an eye on and what we should look into first for improvements and repairs. I brought Jason in to do a pre-sale inspection to ensure nothing caught us off guard.
The report I received was incredible. Pictures were good, explanation was detailed, important issues were easy to distinguish, even the littlest items were identified.
Jason called before and after the inspection to ensure everything was covered and on track. He then extended his inspection to cover questions that came up.
