I moved in 3 months ago and I have been very happy with my stay. I cannot stop raving about the walkability of this community. I absolutely loveee Merrick Park and love that I can walk there. To make it even better, they recently opened a Trader Joes walking distance! I absolutely recommend moving here at Berkshire.

I love this building. Living here has shown be a new side to miami. It is walkable, and located in a wonderful neighborhood right by Merrick Park. Ever since I moved here I’ve loved discovering all the little wonders of coral gables.
My apartment is modern and the maintenance team is always easy to reach. My favorite part is that it’s pet friendly!

I’ve been at Berkshire for 3 years, (yes 3 years) and honestly it’s a great community. They’ve changed the carpet in the hallways and I have to say, it’s a fantastic improvement. The management team is so responsive and they really care about our concerns. I always feel like I can rely on the whole team, Maikel is always super efficient with work orders and always takes the time to teach me and my wife how to prevent the maintenance issues. Great place to live.

This apartment community is centrally located to my job and I couldn’t be more happier. My apartment is very spacious and in walking distance to Trader Joe’s. I was searching nearby apartments this one offered the most square footage compared to the other ones. Shopping and dining are all nearby. I’m very happy to be here and the staff has being great as well.

I've lived here for about 6 months now and have love everything about my experience. The location is perfect, the entire staff and the property manager, Gina are extremely helpful and attentive. I chose this building because of the spacious floor-plan and nice pool view. Since I've moved in, they have had food truck events and monthly yoga classes. I highly value a strong sense of community, and Berkshire has provided me with that. If you're looking for a nice, well maintained community, this is it!

I have been living in Berkshire for about a year now and am loving it!! The apartment is spacious and the amenities are fantastic! Personally I love to study in the community room! Super comfortable and they have coffee!! Berkshire is pet friendly which works out great for my puppers!! The staff is so friendly! We absolutely love Tracy who works at the front desk! She is always there to welcome you with the sweetest smile and is always super helpful! We love living in Berkshire and a big part of the credit should go to Tracy and the Berkshire Staff!!
