Dr. Andriy is by far and away the best dentist I've ever worked with. Skillful, creative and kind - a terrific combination - especially when correcting the work of a botched dental surgury in Mexico!
In my situation, highly creative and "out-of-the-box" technical skill has been essential in fitting new crowns/bridges around improperly sized/placed pre-existing dental implants. Inspiring to watch my mouth as it transforms from "train wreck" to functional and gorgeous :)!
The office uses state of the art technology to insure exact fits for crowns - which can be completed

I have twin daughters who both were missing a tooth in the front of their mouth and have another that was severely under-developed. They have been under orthodontic care for five years and Dr. Andriy has worked in conjunction with the orthodontist and overseen the process to assure that the end result of these two young ladies is nothing but a beautiful stunning smile. Dr. Andriy's attention to detail and commitment to perfection is second to none.

I was visiting in the area, and one of my filings cracked -- dental emergency on a vacation! With relatively few dentists to choose from, I picked Dr. Shevchuk's office. They were amazing! They fitted me into their schedule the same day. The staff was very courteous, and Doctor fixed my filing to prevent further tooth damage. For an emergency patient, I received the care as if he was my regular dentist -- same-day, professional, with only the procedure I needed, and they worked with my insurance too!

This is easily the best dental care I've received.
The staff is very concerned about the service they provide and are enthusiastic about their work. They clearly state areas of concern, ways to improve and what you are doing correctly while inviting feedback.
It's nice feeling like you are working with a service provider rather than being treated as a form of income

I wanted to love Dr Andriy when Dr McNeal retired and gave him a couple years try, however when he diagnosed me for 3 cavities at one time I felt compelled to get a second opinion. The second opinion found one of the cavities Dr Andriy found. I felt violated and immediately switched dentists after being part of his office for 25 years. Also, new dentist fixed something in 20 minutes Dr Andriy said he didn't know what to do about.

I retired from being a dentist in Occidental for 35+ years. Prior to handing this responsibility to someone else, I interviewed several dentists who were interested in taking over for me. I selected Dr. Andriy Shevchuk, who was head and shoulders above the rest. From what my wife, Heidi, and I have experienced personally and the many positive reports that I continue to receive from other community members, I would recommend him highly.

This is a wonderful dental office. Dr. Andriy is very patient, knowledgeable and is a good listener. I practice excellent dental hygiene, so I have only had to have my teeth cleaned at his office. I moved to Sonoma County 6 years ago, and am very glad that I found this dental office, so close to my home. The hygienists and the staff at the front desk are awesome also.

Dr. Shevchuk is an outstanding dentist! We have been going to him for 5 years. The office staff is friendly, and they put you at ease when you walk in.. Dr Shevchuk Is thorough in his examinations, is clear in his explanations and is always concerned about your comfort. Twice he has replaced cracked childhood fillings with crowns. He has the latest equipment and makes the crowns in house so there are no temporaries and everything is done in 1 appointment. Going to the dentist is not anyone’s favorite way to spend the day, but if you need dental care, we highly recommend Dr. Shevchuk!
