Howard lost control of his motorcycle and wrecked. He was found by the police and later transported to the hospital. A.17 alcohol level was reported from blood Howard voluntarily gave the police. A verdict of NOT GUILTY was returned after Howard's arrest was found to be illegal and the blood evidence was thrown out.
Attorney Douglas Huff was born in Warren, Ohio and was raised in Western Pennsylvania, outside of Pittsburgh, where he attended Mount Pleasant Area High School. After high school, Attorney Huff enlisted in the United States Army and served for four years receiving the Army Achievement Medal and the Army Commendation Medal.
She was selected to participate in the Criminal Defense Clinic during her final year of law school where she represented more than two dozen indigent clients on various criminal cases. She received the "Top Grade Award" for her work there. Makenzie was also selected for membership in the Texas Tech Law Review after completing a writing competition for which she won the Darby Dickerson Top Writing Award.

I made a HUGE mistake by choosing Deandra to represent me for my DWI case in 2016. She charged me several thousand dollars more to have her represent me directly (6k as opposed to 4k), then never showed in court on my behalf, and only ever had her assistant represent me. She also dropped my case after I was a couple days late in a payment and ran away with about $6,000.00 without giving us a chance or an extension. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Excellent service ! Very professional in handling cases and you can be sure to get good results. I had a case which I kinda lost hope on but they handled it without me stressing, I did not even have to show up in court Mr Huff represented me and everything went well, end result .... the case was dismissed . Saying that she is exactly as advertised wouldn't do it justice. This woman is hardworking, educated, decorated, professional and an assassin in the courtroom. I was charged with a DWI and with the help of her I was able to see a verdict of "not guilty" due a faulty breath test and inaccurate field tests. Her passion for giving people a chance at fighting for their innocence is something that is second to none and anybody would be crazy to say otherwise with this woman.
