I'm extremely content with the maint. staff here at North Creek. These gentlemen take care of our needs to maintain our quality of living. I've never had to ask twice for help. In fact, sometimes they can take care of my needs before I ask for help. These hard workers should be given respect they deserve and a few perks, like a beautiful fall afternoon home early to spend with their families.

North creek is a cute community surrounded by trees and in an amazing location. The apartments were really nice and the finishes were great. I hope a cheaper 3 bedroom comes up in end of December because I loved the community. Erik was amazing as well since he welcome me to Fresno from the Bay Area.

North creek apartments is an amazing place to live! It’s in north Fresno conveniently to all the shopping in river park. Their apartments are newly renovated with modern interiors and feel very homey. They have pools, a gym and clubhouse which is great. Also have a dog park which is fantastic for dogs!

When we first moved in we loved our apartment. At the time the staff was friendly, sadly this has changed. The office sends text messages all the time about closing early. It seems almost everyone around us smokes weed and you can smell it through the vents. Most people don't pick up after their dog. Other residents have their dogs barking when you walk by and I seriously doubt anything has been said to them from management. For how much we pay the appliances are old, like early 2000's old. The best part about this complex is the maintenance staff, friendly and efficient.

We stayed here for almost a year and really enjoyed our stay. Situated in a safe neighborhood surrounded by excellent schools, it is ideal for raising a young family. Shopping centers were close by, and grocery stores within walking distance made our life really easy. The management was very kind and helpful, and the maintenance team was very responsive. I moved out of state for a new job last month, and we still miss North Creek.

Dirty and unsafe. The location is very good, the rest is unsettling. The office personalities are not problem solvers. If you have any issues regarding safety or overall property cleanliness don't bother contacting anyone. It is half gated at night, giving the perception of safety but the security company hired DSS, has shown inadequacy in the moments of truth regarding vandalism and property safety. Tenants are allowed to not comply with rules regarding placement of trash, which have resulted in pest control requests. High hopes, and unfortunate realizations after a year in residence. The

Ive really loved living here. I've lived in a few apartments and this is definitely the best experience I've had. The people in the office are so kind. I remember when I was first moving in, I was having something delivered that ended up being delivered a day too early before move in, and the office staff went and put it inside the apartment when it was delivered. I've also had maintenance requests that were completed very quickly. Overall my experience has been excellent. And they are one of the only apartments that let you have big dogs!!!!

TLDR; you're going to pay $1200+ for an apartment equivalent to a 650$ apartment in the tower district. They're VERY stoner friendly which is a big plus for some. Bugs, poor quality carpentry by maintenance, parking issues, no handicap accessibility to MANY units, overwatering during a drought.

I truly enjoy living here! From the very beginning the office staff was very friendly and made moving in a breeze. Since then everyone from the office staff to the maintence staff has been very friendly and nice. Even my neighbors go out of there way to get to know you. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new home in Fresno!

I recently toured North Creek and I was very pleased with all the precautions they are taking during Covid-19. Upon my arrival Sabrinna met me at the door in a mask and was very friendly she showed me to their model and let me take a look around while she waited at the door and was available the whole time for any questions that I had . I definitely plan to move there in the near future!

Honestly, my experience here has been wonderful. My fiancé and I have been living here for almost a year now and the apartment complex is clean, quiet, well-maintained, and has a beautiful scenery with a lot of well-maintained plots of grass, trees, and flowers. The best thing to wake up to is the gentle chirping of birds residing in the plethora of trees at the property. The apartments, while generally a bit small for my taste, are nice and well kept. The best aspect of this apartment complex, though, has been the staff. The entire staff here, especially Rose, have been amazing. Very responsive

The staff is super friendly and helpful, the location is great but what's unfortunate is the lack of available parking. Unless you live in the back of the complex, there is never any available parking for guests towards the front. It also doesn't help that people don't know how to park and take up more room than they need to

We HIGHLY recommend Northcreek! From the first day we called to inquire about renting here, the staff has been outstanding. Makenzie, Rosa, Betty, and the entire maintenance crew make an incredible team. They consistently go over and beyond our expectations and they are both friendly and professional. My husband and I were living in Michigan before we moved here and Betty answered all of our questions and even took the time to FaceTime us while she gave a tour to our family members. I stayed there for around six months- warmth of the management was impressive.
Though the apartments are small they are centrally located to everything one needs in the town.
After Harvard owned apartments, these were the first to return my deposit - am saying this from experience in over 7 other places! They also refunded me a week's rent as I vacated early and someone rented the apartment.
And they are very peaceful and well manicured.
Overall a great experience

This complex is fantastic. It's very quiet and very safe. When I first moved in, I had a really quick timeline that things needed to get done in -- I was a bit worried. But Betty was so helpful, she finished my application and I was in before I needed to be! Never had any issues while living there, I definitely recommend it.
