There are many people living here that are not students, I know that it is Fresno.. but this spot has become more dangerous lately. It's hard to stay somewhere that raises rent when women are getting robbed in the parking lot, and security guards are passing out drunk at the parties residents throw, what kind of security is that? Bad security. I suggest moving somewhere safer on the other side of campus. Rent went up and only half of the units are getting new carpets but we did get new mattresses. Not a good crowd here anymore and way too expensive when you can pay $30 more for a more secure

Do not live here or send your kids here. Currently helping a resident that is a student that lives here. Their "roommates " are not currently enrolled in school (which the apartment complex says is only for current students). The leasing office refuses to do anything about the filthy way the roommates keeps the apartment. Trash, filth, and smoking happening in the apartments. The leasing office has not carried out any visits to ensure cleanliness. Will be contacting the school and BBB to investigate.

I have lived here for 3 years and in that time we've been almost harassed with apartment checks, buy the worst part is the gardeners. If you work late, don't plan on sleeping at all considering they use various engine-powered, very loud tools, at 8-9 in the morning right next to the apartment windows. They say they have security and while I see the guard around,, I've still had my car broken into and stolen from right outside my front door. Not the cleanest of places, my friend lives there and tells me how they are roaches all over, and also his a party person but his roommates take it to an extreme drinking every night and having people over. I didn’t believe him and was okay with the partying but they don’t clean after themselves and it’s disgusting.!

Now that my era is finally done here I feel like I didn't bring to light all the good things bulldog village does for us. I have felt comfortable here throughout my college experience and could always rely on the on site help. The space is big for a 4 bedroom apartment. It's the most worth it in my opinion. Good furniture pieces and new comfy mattresses have definitely made it better. The laundry rooms need a little more assistants but overall you can just tell this team is trying hard to satisfy the students needs. Super close to campus and parking is free! Out of all the student housing

If I could give this place a zero I would. I was told by one of the WORKERS they recommended me to sign 2 lease at a different apartment now I am in this crazy situation where I have to sale my lease and the worker there Rachel told me if I did not sell my lease I am still responsible for that lease. I also talked to another worker named Jose Ramirez he told me to tell him the whole situation on how it started and I told him it started when one of the WORKERS there recommend me to sign two lease at a different apartment he said he would help me if I told him the whole situation but all he did was

Besides the absurd charges for move-out cleaning even if I left the apartment as clean as possible, Bulldog Village is a great place to live if you're a student. Recently moved in to a one bedroom unit and the apartment had many issues. The maintenance guy and his crew were very helpful and fixed many issues that the apartment had. I put in work orders for many things and they came the same day and fixed everything. They work fast and do an excellent job and that is one thing I love about living here.

I lived here for three years in a one bedroom apartment with few issues during that time. However, now that I have moved out and received 12$ of my 250$ deposit back... I'm very disappointed. I followed the list they gave me for move out and deep cleaned the entire apartment before I moved out. But they have still charged me for steam cleaning the carpets (am I supposed to go rent my own and do it???), dusty blinds (which I did clean, but apparently not well enough), for accidentally taking two plastic ice trays I thought were mine (99cents at the dollar store I'm sure), and for having

We toured the model unit, with the nice laminate flooring. Model furniture.ect. We signed the year's lease. Upon move in, the unit was absolutely disgusting, old dated furniture. Old dated dirty carpet. The unit was not cleaned or painted prior to move in. I can't believe that these people would show you a model unit and already know you will not be getting anything like that. Such a let down, I took picture's and wrote this on the move in inspection. They promised to carpet clean and clean the unit after complaining. Which should been done anyway after anyone moves out.

I lived here for a year before and moved to another complex to try something else. Trust me bulldog village is as good as it gets. I tried University village which is ridiculous. Campus edge has been the worst. This complex offers security 24 hours straight almost and the wifi actually works! i loved living here it was so safe and convenient.

This is my second year living here and the only reason that I stay is because of the convenience of the distance from Fresno State. The apartments aren't in that good of shape. They have ugly ugly nasty couches and in my first apartment there was an animal smell in the couches and they took forever to replace. Also, my car was stolen from this complex. One of the worst things here is the security staff, they DO NOT do their job whatsoever, I will most likely be moving out
