Services
If you are interested in renting an APARTMENT, you will need to provide your own REFRIGERATOR. If you're interested in renting a HOUSE, you will need to provide your own REFRIGERATOR, STOVE and COOLING. If you are renting a HOUSE that has a cooler, JD home Rentals will not service the cooler and it should be removed prior to occupancy.

The places they rent are a total disappointment. Full of homeless people. Trashy ghetto looking. Definitely not worth living i lived in two different places own by them and both within a month became a regret. Nothing gets fix or cleaned. This pictures are from a couple days ago when i visited my friend who lives in the apartments across the way from this and couldn't believe how bad they've let go. The amount of homeless people that live within the property is scary.

So I'm currently in the process of going through and using JD Rental homes as my go to and renting from them. I did my research on property managers and of course there were good and not so good about this company. But though I'm still waiting to get approved, I must say Nicole at the front was so helpful, kind, professional and sweet. She truly a good face/introduction to be so friendly and greeted you with good holiday spirit as well. There was also another gal in a green sweater their yesterday 12/9/21 that was so helpful. Biggest thing for me though I'm looking for a place, I want a management

They are honestly the worst when it comes to maintenance. Apartment was literally falling apart with holes in the ceiling and a ton of appliances not working. Never did anything about it, staff is just rude as they dont seem to care. Stay away from this company the landlord doest care at all about the buildings they are in severe need of repairs.

I am a 26 yr old mother new to California, I do not have the best credit however I do not have any evictions or criminal charges on my record, I say that to say this; as a apartment leasee of three years going through the up and downs struggles are a apart of life we all have however this is a company, despite current tenants reviews, that does take the time to help you on get on your feet and into a place for you and your family to lay there heads comfortably on an individual and personable level. 1 star worthy: They are flexible with late fees and pretty solid with rent. Decent norm grace period.However some neighbors pay more than others on the same property now why that is I have no clue.
this company has been sued and LOST! Let that be a caution for you. You can check news articles. They are HORRIBLE with following repairs on the property. When it came to any leaks or water damage or plumbing issues will say they were on it ill give em that. However when it comes to property issues like...people illegally parking,lighting,graffiti...TRASH pile up..etc etc they are incredibly awful.

My experience with this company was horrible. This company is very slow at responding to things and makes it a strong priority to blame liability on their tenants. Not all areas of maintenance should be taken on by a tenant. Property managers along with the actual property owners should assume maintenance responsibilities when necessary. Stay away from dealings with this business unless you want to be let down. I’m speaking from a home owner prospective living within close proximity to multiple properties managed by JD Home. Rentals.

So so. If you can rent from a more reputable place then it will be better. They only enforce what they wanna enforce. Stay away from apt rental because if you have any complaint about your neighbors then they don't do scrap about them. Good for beginners. Moving out when new place that suites me comes about.

Finally out of this slum lord shack after so long, so I am writing my honest review for them. My neighbors were wonderful, and the pricing was reasonable in comparison to other areas. HOWEVER, their apartments are terrible as is their management. There were a lot of roaches in the place, and rats/mouse were everywhere, making holes. It takes them forever to come fix something inside the apartment. Their customer service had always been bad. Whenever I give them a call, they would transfer me back and forth in between calls to different people. They are not very well trained so depending on who
