I went here for most of my wedding accessories. I found this place first and had them hold my items all day so I can shop and see if I found something else. They were nice enough to hold them all day for me and be patient with me and my group while we asked to look at various items. I would highly recommend this place. The only down side is it is a bit messy, but I didn't mind.

They have some of the best quality wedding accessories. I purchased many of my wedding items here. The only reason I took away one star is because the first time I was there in Feb 2021 the lady who helped us was very rude and dismissive when I clearly showed interest in the veils. Felt like she just wanted me to "get on with it." My experience in August was great.

Before making the LONG commute to downtown LA I figured I would contact via email to get some pricing quotes for two veils that I saw on the their website. The only response I got back was to call 213-627-6160.
I ended up calling this number and was transferred to a lady that told me she could not provide the information over the phone, and that I HAD to visit the store to find out the pricing. I needed a veil and headpiece for my wedding. Went to Mazdo's and Royal Accessories. In my experience, there are two major differences that distinguish the two leading stores; customer service and prices.
Mazdo's was definitely more busy but I was still helped by a nice lady who answered all my questions. I didn't try anything on like I did at the other store but, the prices were literally 1/3 of what the other guys are charging for the exact same thing.
I purchased a headpiece at Royal accessories and two veils (for front and back) at Mazdo's - I only saw the same headpiece

I visited in early March and this place was not the best. The selection was limited and not the nicest and the customer service wasn't great. They weren't too friendly or helpful. The annoying part was you could only try on two veils and they don't let you even touch them. The store isn't the nicest either and a bit messy. I suggest going to Royal Accessories, you'll have much better options there and receive better service.

I am a very indecisive person and I take forever to make a final decision. The staff member gave me nothing but patience. She was friendly and honest. When I showed her the dress, she really helped narrowed it down. I'm so glad I was able to have such a stress free experience. I would definitely recommend!

My mom and I popped in to the store to find some mast minute wedding accessories. The customer service was so wonderful. They were polite and attentive. And we were able to find everything that we were looking for for an affordable price. I would definitely recommend this place to other brides to be.

This place seriously came through with deals. I bought the hair clip I wanted since I was planning to wear my hair down for only $10 while i saw on amazon that the decent ones started at $20. Also bought my veil for cheap! $50 for it while I saw similar ones at other locations for over $100. The woman behind the counter was friendly even though my mom was trying to haggle her lol I was so embarrassed haha but the woman was probably used to it... also bought pins for the money dance reasonably priced at $4.

The customer service is just horrible here. We had who I believe was to be the owner herself act in such a rude manner. She didn't want to help us and let us discuss our options. She kept rushing us. This is my best friends wedding, we aren't going to just buy something important- aka veil- and not make sure it's something she is 100% in love with. The woman began to tell us that trying on veils is limited, that we pretty much can't try on more than a few. And when asked to try on the 2nd veil just to see and make sure, she tells us no, that it is the same exact thing as the

I don't understand the policy of limiting the amount of items you can try on, especially when there is no one else in the store. Some people are so "rules" based that literally I wonder how they get through life without using common sense. I should've read the bad reviews on here and especially read all the responses. I don't know who this Lily person is but how could you respond to customers like that, flat out cold and defensive! I don't know who could put up with a personality like that. Good luck to you! NOT!

We visited Mazdo's Bridal couple of times in order to find the vail my daughter had in mind to complement her wedding gown in Church.
Mazdo's Bridal's customer service was not comparable to any other. They went way above expected attention to our needs and wants to find exactly what we wanted.
I do highly recommend Mazdo's Bridal for their beautiful selection, customer service and prices.
The store has a beautiful setup, clean and inviting.

I would not do business with these people! This is a horrible business! From the staff right down to the owner.
I ran into a huge problem with my wedding dress. * which was stark white * The company I ordered my dress from never made my dress. Leaving me to find and buy a whole new dress.
But prior to finding out my dress was never made I bought a stark white vail from Mazdo's Bridal. Along with every other accessory you would need for a wedding. My family and I spent upwards of 600 dollars! They didn't offer any discounts. Being that we bought so

They have some really gorgeous looking hair accessories in a variety of style. Can't show you any pictures though bc nobody is allowed to take pictures inside. I thought the woman who helped me had this very no nonsense personality and I was totally fine with that. If you are someone looking for a saleswoman to gush over wedding details with you, she might not be your cup of tea. Price point is higher than some other accessory stores in Fashion District, BUT the quality is better. My jeweler buddy looked over the hair clip I chose and could said the hair clip was good quality and well-made

The owner doesn't want to talk with his customers!!
You can't take photos,you can't choose your own veil, you need to look from far and choose one and they can show it to you ,they stay right next to you so you can't feel comfortable it is like you need to choose right away from those 3 pieces.

I came here unknowingly that I would find the best selection in all things bridal. They had every type of veil that you could think of at great prices. The sales associate that helped me out, Meylin, was absolutely amazing! She didnt pressure me at all and was extremely helpful in helping me find my veil. I definitely recommend you come check them out if you're soon to be married or have a quince coming up.

His store is the best. I came here to get all my accessories for my wedding day and rehearsal dinner. Their selection of veils is AMAZING to say the least. I was able to fid the exact mantilla veil I wanted. They are very fashion forward and I was even found gorgeous jewelry for all my picky bridesmaids. I highly recommend this store to any bride (or anyone part of the bridal party) who wants to get beautiful, quality pieces.

Laura was so friendly and helpful- she helped me find the perfect veil, cathedral length, white, with beautiful rhinestone embellishment! From the moment I walked in I loved the store. Clean, organized, and an exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. After showing the sales people my dress, they helped me find the perfect pieces to compliment my dress and to achieve the look I wanted. It was hard to choose just one veil and tiara because I fell in love with a couple pieces but the sales people helped me find the perfect pieces that fit in my budget. I have recommended this store to everyone of my friends who has gotten married and they all love the store too!

I am writing this review on behalf of my beautiful wife. Michelle, my fiancée at the time, was searching for a bridal store that would cater to her every need and WOW did Mazdos Bridal deliver. From the minute my wife walked into Mazdos Bridal she was greeted by Cory Morales with a smile and assisted her every need, offered her different Bridal options and was patient with my wife's vision.
This was a one time deal as our wedding will be eternal although we will be referring Mazdos Bridal to our friends and family.
