My fiancé and I went looking at engagement rings there a while ago and we just got engaged and I LOVE my ring. It's beautiful. Sean did an AMAZING job with the ring. I also had to go back for resizing my grandma's ring and they were extremely helpful and personal. We will definitely keep going back and telling all of our friends about it.

We came in based on the reviews and were not disappointed. Recently engaged, I needed my ring sized down. We bought the ring elsewhere, but LA Golden City Jewelers were so knowledgeable. They could tell the specifications about the ring and diamond immediately and I could tell that they were sincere and trustworthy. They did the resizing and polished it for me as well. As far as I can tell, I can't see where they adjusted it at all, the ring looks flawless!

THANKS! to everybody at the store I was able to find everything I needed at the right price too. I brought my wife and we looked at everything never felt pressured. They have chains and rings with many different styles. I bought a Tungsten Carbon wedding band that was exactly what I went there for and they had many more styles than I thought they would have. Great place clean and right there in a small jewelry mart first counter when you walk in on the right.

Worst service ever!!! So rude and abrasive! Spoke to Fred and Sean regarding a watch they had advertised, I wanted to know the product info so I could do my research. Instead of answering my question, he verbally attacked me saying "it's not a $50,000 watch so if you want it buy it" he wouldn't "waste" his time with a watch worth $1,000. I have no idea how he sells anything but disgust!
Side note: I called the luxury watch brand and they couldn't even find this watch, makes me wonder about a knockoff!

I would give this place a zero! Please do your research and have them write everything out and get it verified before you purchase especially when it comes to quality and clarity of diamond and weight. Very disappointed! Save yourself sometime and court fees!! Run away from this place as fast as you can.
