Working with Mark and Isabel was an amazing experience. I live in a small town with only a few jewelry stores and couldn’t find a wedding band I loved. I knew Mark had the style I wanted and it was SO easy to work with them remotely! After trying on the sample that was mailed to me, And making sure it sat well with my engagement ring - I was able to order in my size/metal color and it turned out PERFECT. Honestly I was terrified of this entire process as I knew NOTHING about rings, sizes, colors, anything. I spoke to a few friends about it to try and educate myself. After meeting with Mark the first time, I already knew I was going to use him. He was so easy to talk to about a pretty complicated subject and he was so easygoing and not pushy at all. The whole experience with Mark Broumand was exceptional. We initially saw the Instagram page and loved the designs. My fiancé and I planned a trip to the store to see a couple of rings in person that she really liked. My husband and I got engaged and married during the height of COVID in summer 2020 so we weren't able to shop in store. I ordered an eternity diamond band for our 15 year anniversary and it is absolutely amazing! I was very impressed that Mark himself called me back directly after I called with my inquiry. My daughter bought a beautiful eternity band from Mark Broumand. She was overwhelmed by all the options and different people to go to, but once she went to him, she felt at ease. The eternity band turned out beautiful. It has these spaces between which looks different and interesting with her engagement ring. It's a beautiful ring she will have and wear forever. They are located on Hill Street in downtown LA, you don't have to worry about finding parking because they have a parking lot right next door (which they validate for you). Isabelle helped me out w my ring purchase. She was soo sweet and patient, their service was impeccable...I had an issue but they went out of the way to help me.
