Jeremy at Roxbury is the best jeweler you can go to in the downtown diamond district. I had a wonderful experience working with him over many months to design and curate the perfect engagement ring. I was introduced to Jeremy through another client/friend who also had a great experience.
Over the many months of coordinating during COVID, Jeremy and I exchanged countless emails, phone calls, and texts. He started with genuinely taking the time to understand my careabouts, design ideas, and my fiancé's preferences. We were unfortunately one of those weddings that was scheduled during COVID, but I'm so glad we had Jeremy to take care of all our ring needs! He went above and beyond to get my ring cleaned multiple times, including right before our big day. All the cleanings were done the correct way, nothing quick that just lasts a short time.

Jeremy was great!! I went into the engagement ring process not knowing much, but came out sounding pretty competent. He was not "salesy" at all, and the first time I went to his store, he mainly just wanted to teach me about diamonds, which I appreciated.
